Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza - McMurray
Great New Years Eve dinner at Anthony’s. Excellent wings and calzone . Fresh beers on tap and great service and welcoming staff .
We had dinner reserations for 4 on new years eve. Our table was ready but the service was very slow considering there were not alot of diners
Always a solid choice for dinner. They have fantastic wings , meatballs and pizza. They typically have a nice beer selection too.
Nice place to get together with friends
Very courteous and efficient service.
We love Anthony’s crispy crust crust just the right amount of cheese great salad and the staff is all so very nice go there for a good dining experience.
Thank you for the very friendly and courteous service! Great food!
The "coal fired" is a gimmick at Anthony's, that's not well executed at all. On both pizzas we had, the crust ends were burnt but the dough at the centers of each pie was very under cooked. Really poorly done. These guys need to try real coal fired pizza like Frank Pepe's in Connecticut or any of the Grimaldi's now scattered over the country (original in Brooklyn).
It was so hot in the restaurant that it was hard to enjoy the food. Waiter said that customers complained it was too cold in the restaurant the weeks before, so temp. was adjusted and now they couldn't get it back to normal? Hard to watch waitresses fanning themselves?
Waited a long time for food and it was ok. Some people at the table had better pizzas than others. ( mine def. lacked some cheese
Not thinking I would recommend or come back anytime soon. Every day matters in customer service 😉
PiZza was it cooked enough. Table of obnoxious loud people next to us. Took a very long time for drinks.
We ordered the arugula salad with no onions, it came with onions which was disappointing. The salad was good not great. Ordered 2 pizzas they were good not great. Food was much too expensive for what it was. We can get better salad and pizza for much less elsewhere. Sorry
The menu is small but has plenty of options. I really enjoy family style dining portions. The pizza was super thin and crispy. The meatballs are amazing. The house salad left a lot to be desired. Overall very good.
Anthony’s lost our reservation but seated us fairly quickly. Unfortunately this was the second consecutive time we came for broccoli rabe and were told there was none. We come a long way for this unusual item, quite frankly passing a lot pizza shops along the way. We were very disappointed.
Everything was great!! The food was so good and came out quick!
This is one of our favorites for pizza and drinks. Hands down the best Italian salad, and the wings are not to be passed up!
