I have experienced inconsistencies of late across a number of anthony's restaurants. This visit was redemption. All good. Well done pizza was back. No doughy limp pizza. Back to its roots. Best of all Athena - our server was outstanding. Always a smile- very attentive and hospitable. She made the visit an overall enjoyable one.

Had dinner tonight at Anthony Coal Fire and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The pizza was very doughy not cooked well and was flooded with sauce, the chicken wings were burnt and over cooked.

Our waitress, Lindsey, was great. Food was good but it was hard to hear the other people at our table because the acoustics are not great and people use their outside voices. Ugh. But, overall, good value.

Did a reservation for 6:45 showed up at 6;40 and got seated at 7:05. Wait list was same amount of time. A total waste to use open table. Ordered a Large Salad. Pizza and Ribs. We got pizza and ribs first then they said something about salad seems they forgot, told them to cancel. My son said ribs aren't good lots of fat. Been before might not go again. And manager was no help gave us 5 dollars off for crappy ribs ($20.50).

The service wasn’t very good. My friend and I suspected that this was because of stereotyping quite honestly. The server never checked on us but checked on other tables. And also our reservation wasn’t honored and so it was pointless making one.
