I have experienced inconsistencies of late across a number of anthony's restaurants. This visit was redemption. All good. Well done pizza was back. No doughy limp pizza. Back to its roots. Best of all Athena - our server was outstanding. Always a smile- very attentive and hospitable. She made the visit an overall enjoyable one.

Had dinner tonight at Anthony Coal Fire and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The pizza was very doughy not cooked well and was flooded with sauce, the chicken wings were burnt and over cooked.

Our waitress, Lindsey, was great. Food was good but it was hard to hear the other people at our table because the acoustics are not great and people use their outside voices. Ugh. But, overall, good value.

good pizza, but not sure about the open table reservations. the host wasn't checking the tablet for reservations, and was just telling everyone to wait. it worked out okay, but was a little unnerving.
