Anthony's at Cap Sante Marina
Great food. Second time here and wasn't disappointed. My husband got the creme brulee cheesecake and it was incredible!
As usual, Anacortes Anthony’s was a great meal Saturday evening. Great food and a delightful server!
Nice atmosphere, great staff, excellent view of the water front, and delicious food.
My husband had the copper river salmon which was very good. I had the shrimp and mushroom fettuccine. It had a tasty light cream sauce and plenty of bay shrimp with fresh mushrooms. Great view of the marina, friendly service and good food.
The service was severely lacking, asked for bread, no refill on water, ordered fried oysters and the were burned to a crisp, had better at Ivars take-out. The biggest complaint is the service. she was apparently a new hire, not trained and more interested in conversations with her fellow employees, than doing her job, and her tip showed it. I can find a better place closer...
Really enjoyed the sunset menu. The food is delicious. Great view of the marina.
Great restaurant on the harbor in Anacortes. Many choice menu with a little for everyone's liking. I had 2 of the appetizers, the calamari and the mussels, both cooked just right, nice broth from the mussels to soak up with bread at the end, and large portions. My partner had the clam chowder and the seasonal salad, the chowder tasted great, fresh ingredients in the salad. All food very tasty, and ample portion sizes. Ambience of being on the harbor an added plus. Only negative, noise level can get a little loud making conversation a challenge. Definitely will return next time in the area.
Great food as expected but the noise level made visiting impossible. They really need to do something to quiet the room.
We always enjoy the food and atmosphere at Anthony's. I had the Ahi Tuna, which was good, but not warm enough when served. The prices are high, but the food is always good. Service very good, and quick.
Very special place with great memories. Food is always excellent.
I can't have dairy, and my waitress brought my dinner with none in it. She knew what I needed and took care of it. She was an excellent waitress! Food was very good - even with no dairy!
Excellent service and food quality! Great atmosphere.
Beautiful setting with excellent service. I went specifically for the Copper River salmon and it was a bit disappointing. Portion size was good but taste was a bit bland which was a surprise. My wife had fish and chips which was excellent. We shared the strawberry shortcake which was very good.
Excellent food and service. A bit noisy for intimate conversation.
We had a most enjoyable time celebrating our 60th anniversary. the food was delicious and thyme service excellent. Overall this was a friendly and fun atmosphere.
Have been a customer of Anthony's since before they opened the Anacortes store. The menu seldom changes but the prices sure do. Too pricey for a regular dinner out. Anacortes has other good places to go for a lot less money. So for a special night out, Anthony's is fine.
Service was very good, food was delicious as always. 98 yr old Mom loved the Tempura Prawns dinner!
Great food. Service fairly quick. A little more pricey than anticipated.
We don't live near an Anthony's so we enjoy going whenever we are in the vacinity. The view is always good, the service excellent and the food outstanding.
My birthday. Our server was slow, unfriendly and we felt rushed for dinner time. Dessert was expensive for amount and quality.
Hopefully service was a one off occurrence because the reviews are mostly positive. Will return for lunch and see if it’s improved.
Portion of size salad was incredibly small, even for a side salad. The rest of the food/ambience/experience was great.
Not sure I rated the noise level correctly - it was good, not very noisy. Treated very well, great service and delicious food
Lovely location, good food and service. Less than thrilled with 20-min wait despite reservation.
On the marina with a great view service is exceptional and chefs are consistent. We eat there a lot.
A very solid restaurant that consistently delivers on quality food, and a nice atmosphere. Its an open kitchen concept, so it can get noisy especially with hard floors and lots of glass. I had the fish and chips, while my wife had the oysters, and they were both well cooked and presented nicely. Our server was attentive without being overly chatty (yay). We always use OpenTable when we can, and its ease of use makes the overall experience better.
My husband and I were celebrating our 39th anniversary with friends. We really enjoyed the view of the marina. Our order of salmon was full of flavor. We ordered a blackbeery slump for dessert, the only thing I would do different is make the filling thicker with some tapioca and a touch of cinnamon.
Our server is consistently great, friendly and always enthusiastic
the food was excellent and we were treated like kings and queens awesome experience
Food Portions way too small for the price. Dinner cost should always include a salad. Outback Steakhouse loads your plate for nearly half the price and includes salad. Too bad because Anthony’s has a lovely setting. But nothing unique about the food and it’s presentation to warrant the high cost. No garnish either. Waitress was friendly and did her job well.
Great experience at Anthony’s! Everyone’s food was delicious (even the non-seafood eater.) Service was great and the views from our table- Outstanding!
The Open Table online system is set up incorrectly. We were allowed to book a 10:30 seat for brunch but the restaurant doesn’t open until 11:00. We mentioned this when we arrived and the hostess was aware of the problem as it also allows people to make reservations after the restaurant is closed (or at least that’s what she said). Seems like this should be corrected. Also, we are used to the Edmonds Anthony’s where you get a platter of fruit and a basket of blueberry coffee cake as an appetizer before your meal. That is not what happens at Cap Sante. You just get a few small items added to your meal. Not nearly as nice! Fabulous location and view though. Food was delicious as always.
Wonderful restaurant! An end of Tulip festival dinner crowd and the place was packed! Had to wait a just a bit for our table. They gave us a window seat as requested in my reservation. I was happily surprised as the place was at capacity. Manager appologized for the delay and provided a gratis appetizer. Dinner was fabulous!
Really enjoyed our dinner. Seating was perfect for five. Excellent service. Food was great.
The brunch menu is a bit limited, with breakfast items mainly centered around scrambled eggs. The seafood omelette was good, but the sauce on it smothered it a little more than we like. Lunch offerings at brunch are a pared down version of the normal lunch menu. Service was very good, and the views and ambiance made for a pleasant Easter brunch. This is a dependable local restaurant for special occasions.
Our server, Summer, deserves a shout out for the excellent attention and care she brought to my husband on his 70th birthday. He has dementia, and sometimes gets words mixed up or gets confused. She handled everything with grace and made him feel special. Much appreciated.
I might recommend. Have been going there since they opened. Prices keep going up. The bread was bone dry and likely a day or so old. The rice no longer has white raisins in it. The cabbage in the shrimp cocktail was tired. The blue cheese dressing was sparse on the salad. The prawns are smaller. Get the picture? When we do go there for dinner we have a glass of wine at home before we go. Saves $20 on the tab that is still $65 for 2 Early Bird dinners (with tax and a decent tip).
We have been to Anthony's at this location many times but not in the last three years. I was very sad to see they took off the crab cocktail BUT the kitchen was very accommodating and they made one for us anyways! I tried their spiked lemonade for the first time and it was awesome! We were in town celebrating a friend's birthday and chose Anthony's for the dinner celebration. All of our appetizers and dinner selections were great but I was quite disappointed in what the server brought out for the birthday dessert. It was a tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream with a candle in it. For a restaurant of this caliber to serve that as a birthday treat when our bill was almost $200 is unacceptable in my opinion. I have been to moderate chain restaurants for kids birthdays and they did a better job with the dessert brought out to the birthday guest than this. I guess we will be choosing a different establishment for our future celebrations. :-(
Our experience was great other than the 20 minute wait past our reservation. The place was slammed with walk ins though, so felt hostess was overwhelmed.
Our waitress and food made up for it , outstanding all around
Our dinner was fantastic, and there couldn’t be a better atmosphere to dine than looking out over the harbor on a sunny evening.
Excellent food and indoor and outdoor dinning options
