The food was great. I got a Caesar Salad that was the size of a normal dinner plate. The combination of the parmesan cheese and dressing was creamy, and the lettuce was bright and crisp. I also got the Dark Side Of The Moon dessert which is lots of chocolate. Well balanced and not too heavy and rich. Still super satisfying. Everyone at my table enjoyed their meal. Our waitress was awesome, didn't bother us too much, but was able to have fun with us when she came by. The bar area was very busy to the point that it was hard to get out but their was a festival going on at the time. Something to keep in mind if you want to go is get a reservation, especially if there is an event going on in the city, and it's close to the city square so it can get busy quickly. All in all great atmosphere and food. Would go back again in a heart beat.
Ate here prior to attending an Irish show at the Fulton Theater. The place is huge, so not exactly like what you'd find in Ireland, but the Guinness is outstanding, and our meals were delicious. We started with the 'Irish nachos,' which had plenty of meat and cheese on them. I got the 'Guinness beef and mushroom pie,' which was excellent. My wife said her salmon was also very good. Hard to get a reading on my mom and her meatloaf, but my wife tasted it and didn't particularly like the texture, but probably just personal preference. My dad had the flat-iron pork steak, which he seemed to enjoy, though he rarely gets too excited about anything, so hard to say. From my standpoint, 'Annie Bailey's' makes for an excellent dining experience, especially when coupled with an Irish evening at the Fulton.
Good food. Good place.
Fantastic food and the service was outstanding!
This was a great experience, having dinner with an old acquaintance. It was very busy and felt positive and upbeat, like everyone was having a good time. Our waitress had a great personality and, fortunately, we were not in a hurry so we were able to give her a little latitude in helping the other bigger tables first. It was all in good spirit and fun. The food was excellent, beer selections were very good, and it is a very cool place to eat. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area and will highly recommend it to friends...as it was to me from a business associate who works/lives in Lancaster. A great time!
Great evening out for Restaurant Week. Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious. Always a good time at Annie Bailey's!
Overall the experience was very good. Food, service and atmosphere was very nice.
Excellent experience. The food was outstanding. Annie Bailey's has stepped it up since last time we were there.
This place is a gem!!
My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary at brunch on Sunday. The waitress was fantastic and they gave us 2 glasses of champagne on the house.
We had a great time after seeing an Irish show at the Fulton Theater. Ashley waited on us and helped us make great decision about our food and drink!
Great Irish Pub with a well poured Guinness pint. Have been a customer since the pub was opened several years ago. Food is consistent. Service took a dip when it lost a core group of bartenders, staff and owners, but it is still one of the better pubs in Lancaster.
We enjoyed our meal. Wasn't pleased when server told us our table was reserved for others in 15 minutes.
Great daily specials, portions, and service! Love the ambience and the outdoor patio area for seasonal dining options!
Nice atmosphere for a business meeting. Menu offered great options.
Love the food and creative drinks. Presentation is beautiful . My 11 year old loves the boneless wings and the desserts were amazing.
Annie Bailey's is one of our few go-to spots for any occasion. The menu is great, the beer list (on tap and in bottles) is extensive and varied, and the décor makes for a cozy place to dine or drink (even though the restaurant is large). We especially love the traditional Irish music sessions that happen on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Musicians from all over come to play and sing together and it provides such a warm, unique atmosphere. We've always had great service from personable servers, and love the variety on the menu. And like any true Irish pub, they pour an excellent Guinness!
First time eating here and found it to be a wonderful place to meet a friend for Sunday Brunch. The food was great and our server Will was super! Will definitely return.
Great Sunday brunch, particularly on irish session sundays! great food, great drink, wonderfull atmosphere for Irish music and dance!
Made reservations for Sunday brunch. Seated quickly. Great menu with a nice variety to choose from. And $5 dollar Mimosas all day! Food was delicious, service was attentive and prompt.
Great food, service and lively ambiance. Great for vegetarians! Would recommend.
the service was amazing, with an awesome menu! loved the atmosphere. Great place to go with friends.
I was on a college visit trip with my daughter in the Lancaster area, and decided to check out Annie Bailey's, as I always enjoy the opportunity to visit an Irish pub. We arrived at 6:20 and were promptly seated for our 6:30 reservation. There was live music (woman on acoustic guitar) near the bar and the scene was loud, but fortunately we were seated toward the back, where we could talk more easily. The wait staff was friendly and the food came out quickly and was delicious. My daughter got the chicken pot pie, which had a rich flavor, tender white meat chicken, and a flaky crust. Fortunately, she shared a few bites with me! I ordered a burger and it came out just as I'd ordered it prepared. The accompanying fries were crisp and flavorful. We almost entered "diabetic shock" after sharing the salted caramel brownie sundae with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Highly recommend. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend it, but if you are a family, either go early or ask to sit near the back, as the bar scene gets loud, especially as the evening goes on. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely return!
The Fish & Chips here, are the best in the area. Great for Friday's during Lent.
Had a great time with my wife. Both of us enjoyed our meals. Huge fish and chips portions, and a Vegetarian Wellington special on Valentines day that was unique and fantastic. Dark Side of the Moon cake was one of our favorite cakes we've had locally for dessert. Great service. Really enjoyed.
Always yummy food and great atmosphere! Servers are always friendly and on top of everything!
We were a party of 6 having dinner before a show. Our server was attentive and efficient. She was also very personable. We ordered a variety of appetizers and entrees. Everyone was sharing -You have to taste this!-so that others could taste how delicious their choice was. Such an enjoyable evening.
Our server was very friendly and helped us enjoy our first time dining here. We will be back for sure.
Never fails to please! Great décor, excellent service, delicious food.
Excellent service, delicious food
My fiancee and I made reservations for a dinner date. We had a wonderful meal and ordered appetizers, cocktails and full entrees. We were having a after dinner dessert drink and were literally told we have to move elsewhere because they needed the space we were sitting in. We weren't even able to take a sip of our drinks before they told us we have to move. I love eating here because of the fantastic food but this is the second time in a row that we dined here and were either told to move before we could finish dinner or told that we only have 1 hour to eat because they had reservations for our table after us. We were a bit upset and probably will no longer choose to go on a dinner date here again despite the great food.
Out with friends, great environment for this, fun place & decent food & drinks. Casual, popular and fun, and a little classy.
Great food at reasonable prices and service was great. The menu offers a lot of comfort food but also a good number of entrees and nightly specials. This was the 2nd visit and both times the overall experience was good and a great value. Parking is a little challenging on a weekend especially if there's any special events in the area.
First time there for all 4 of us and we loved it! Staff friendly, great service, great food .. ate too much. Love the environment and look forward to coming back in warmer weather. Thank you for such a nice experience.
Friendly, efficient server. My beef pot pie was, under the appealing-looking crust, mostly gravy with a few lonely vegetables and some even lonelier fragments of beef.
Very easy to make the booking with opentable which Annie Bailey's can get very busy especially on a Friday evening so it's essential to make a booking. There's good reason too, the food is very tasty and the menu choice is very good.
Excellent food and service was great—would give it a 12☘️🍀☘️
Had the beef and mushroom pie - steaming hot to the last bite and so yummy! The smoked salmon appetizer was wonderful too. All four of us were pleased with the meal.
Stellar food without the without the pretentious urban hipster food trendiness that has gripped the city!
Always enjoy ABs. Food is good. Service was excellent. Will be back.
