Anna's Tattoria Italian Cuisine
I am a return customer but will find another Italian restaurant from this time forward. Service was painfully slow, water glasses were empty. Asked for white sauce but got pink sauce and my pasta was over cooked. The place isn’t what it used to be.
The food was delicious , the ambience and service is good. Our reservation was for 6 on a busy Saturday night. The restaurant was understaffed and it took 30 minutes to order our drinks. But our our food was so good we would definitely return.
The food was amazing!!! I would return absolutely for the food. But now I know what to expect in ambiance. Very lacking in charm. The temperature was very very hot, but they did respond by turning up the AC. So, overall, my experience was good. Again....food was the best!!!
Everything was good. Issue with table being ready in spite of reservations. Would go back for convenience to hotel
Awesome caesar salad, best I have had. Excellent dinner.
This is one of our "all time favorite" Italian restaurants. Food is always delicious and plentiful, staff very friendly.
We had a long wait to be seated. They were very busy as it was Daytona 500 week end. I guess that should have been expected.
The food was excellent (cappellini bolognese, spaghetti arrabiata and very delicious veal piccata. The veal was the real deal as it was fork tender and tasty.Nice ambiance and quiet
Food was very good service was a little slow but we were not in a rush.
Food was good, however horrible service and took way too long
It was Valentines Day dinner and the staff was overmatched with the number of diners. Perhaps they were short staffed through no fault of their own, but definitely needed more hands on deck.
The food was fabulous. Perhaps the best eggplant parmigiana I ever had. My wife’s chicken piccata was also great. The wine, bread, and side of pasta also excellent. The spinach side not so great, perhaps frozen, but not what was expected. The Caesar salad was good, but the dressing kind of watery.
On the whole we decided we’ll return on a more normal night and try again since the entrees were out of this world good.
The service was wonderful and the food and ambiance was also wonderful. It’s a nice place for a relaxing dinner. We never felt rushed and the servers were very attentive. The food was delicious. We had a small antipasto salad and a veal and a shrimp dish, they were all fantastic. The soup (chicken, spinach) had a wonderful broth but the chicken pieces were tiny and the spinach had been cooking in the broth for too long. We were so full and satisfied even before the soup that it wasn’t a real issue. I would highly recommend Anna’s unless you’re in a hurry. We enjoyed it and will definitely return and recommend it to friends.
Quiet atmosphere. The lasagna was some of the best I ever had.
Food was delicious! It was busy so service delayed a bit.
second time there, and the food was superb/.. the servers including Anna herself could not be nicer , can't wait to go again
Horrendous service. One waitress for whole place who took 45 minutes to provide separate checks to a table of about 16 people. 3 clueless busboys. Drinks came 40 minutes after our order and we waited an hour for the entree which was very good. But would not return to this clearly dysfunctional place
Seemed a bit under-staffed, especially in kitchen where it took well over an hour and a half to make our dinners. Because we had after dinner plans, we had to rush through a very good meal. Total time from when we walked in to when we walked out - 2 hours and 5 minutes
Everything was wonderful. The wait staff was very aware we had a deadline to leave.... we, along with most of the other patrons were going to the Johnny Mathis concert. Our waiter determined this impacted us and made recommendations to expedite our dinner. The food was exceptional. I ate like I had nothing more to do in my life, and we made the show with time to spare. Bravo!!
Could not believe there was not enough staff. We had 5pm reservations. There was a show at the Peabody. We had to wait to be seated because they were not ready to open at 5pm. We told our waitress up front we had to be out at 7pm. Ridiculous - we almost missed the beginning of the show. Whoever planned the staffing that night should be fired!
Great food and nice atmosphere but service was very slow on a busy night. Still, a great place.
Awesome meal. Everything was just that little bit unique that you knew it was made on the premises. The salad dressing, bread, Italian sausage (mmmmmm) meatballs. It’s definitely on our list to go back!
So so so good, the calamari was delicious and plentiful, the bread (my god, the bread and bruschetta), the salads were fresh - even though it was the end of the day, and the homemade pasta was out of this world. Everything tasted so good and it was worthwhile the wait.
We had an excellent meal at Anna's on Sunday, January 13, 2019. We would definitely come back for another meal!!
We enjoyed our meal very much. It's very intimate and quiet (just one large room). The food was very good.
Took 2 hours to get our meal. WAY TOO LONG!!!!!
Highly recommend! Go to Anna’s!
Great service, great food, nice atmosphere
We have been coming to Anna’s for 15 years and it has been outstanding every time. When we come to Daytona Beach, Anna’s is a must visit.
Great Italian food with exceptional service. Love the special escargot appetizer.
The food was excellent! My husband is Italian and he raved about his meal. We will be back!
Always enjoy the food especially white clam sauce and the eggplant parm
Absolutely the best Italian food in the Daytona Beach area. My favorite place.
We love the authentic Sicialan menu!!!!!! If you love real authentic Italian cuisine Anna’s is your place!
Overall food was good although the restaurant was understaffed and customers who came in after we’re served first. It took over an hour to get our food and the staff did not acknowledge that it would take time. Hopefully they can staff up and serve customers better.
We really enjoyed the food, it was great. However we basically spent one hour waiting for entrees. It seemed that the restaurant needed one more server to accommodate all guests.
Impressive for a little place ,kind of hard to find. The room was lovely, tablecloths, chandelier and a comfortable temperature. Tables spaced nicely. The veal dishes we ate were of very good quality. Tomato sauce was fresh and relied on the flavor of the tomato rather than the usual salt and sugar overuse. Sorbet was offered between courses. I felt the service was a bit impersonal however it was very efficient. Nice timing between courses. I was in the area on vacation. I wish this place was nearer my home. I would be a regular diner.
Great food, wonderful service, friendly staff and a good value for your dollar
more staff. there was a large party so our wait time was slow. IT was also our engagement dinner and they didn't even acknowledge it i felt bad for my girlfriend she deserved to be given at least a glass of champagne?????
Fantastic restaurant. Everything was made fresh and very reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again!
This is an authentic Italian dining experience. It is a hidden gem that I'm glad I found.
