I made a reservation which was not needed as there was only 2 other tables in the entire place. We stood at the check in counter for over 5 minutes with several employee looking at us but not helping us. We finally walked up to someone and asked them to help us. She just pointed and said go sit somewhere over there. We had to ask for menu's. The waitress got my order wrong because she didn't write anything down.

Went for Easter Brunch. They seemed very overwhelmed! The staff was polite and friendly but terribly inefficient and disorganized. I actually felt sorry for the staff, they seemed like management had not prepared them and they appeared to have been thrown into a situation over their heads. I'm sure it is difficult to get people to work on the biggest Holiday of the year. The food was acceptable but not noteworthy as the occasion called for.

My daughter and I ate here on a Saturday evening before a concert. When we first arrived there was not a hostess to seat us which was a little disconcerting for a fine dining establishment. We basically had to seat ourselves. The menu was good and varied and the food that was served was delicious. Dessert was also good. We would definitely go there again but they need to hire a hostess
