Food was disappointing. Pho was tasteless, and there was very little meat in the soup. Overall, I’ve had much much better Vietnamese in Denver for a fraction of the price.
We've eaten at Anise a couple of times and have found our new favorite Vietnamese! The food is outstanding. The service is great. The owner greets us every time we come. And, as a family with several dietary restrictions, Anise is great about marking what's gluten free or can be made that way. Even though they're not super close to our house, I'm sure we'll become regulars at Anise.
We all loved Anise so much! Every thing we ordered was amazing, and it was perfect to be able to have good wine, sake and cocktails, as well. 2 of us also loved that they do a great job of offering gluten free and dairy free options. We will be back again and again - a new favorite!!!
Authentic, fresh and fantastic food. Great menu with clear descriptions and easy to accommodate people with dietary restrictions. Lovely people. This will be a regular place for my family to visit.

It was great to find a good Vietnamese restaurant in town... and with a pretty good wine list! We were warmly greeted by Long, Executive Chef Quyen Trinh's husband and co-owner and served a delicious meal made even more to our liking with our gracious server's bringing us plenty of chile oil.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! Their food is so authentic, fresh and beautifully presented. We didnt need the reservation, but one day, I'm sure you will - Anise is awesome.
