This has been our favorite meal in the Valle, ever. Everything we had was so delicious, the staff were all so kind and accommodating! We brought our dog and he was given ice water, and even a slice of the beef Wellington. Cannot recommend enough, such a gorgeous place!

Dinner was amazing. A true culinary experience. Every dish was bursting with flavor. The wine pairing complimented every dish exquisitely. Service was excellent as well as the ambiance. Absolutely the perfect dinner date.

Completely worth it and well deserved Michelin star! Creative cuisine with fresh ingredients. Can come back for more. Awesome cocktails too, and we loved the visiting dog! Very romantic, inside and outside the dining area, with nice views. Congrats!

Animalon reminded us of Enigma in Barcelona, Spain - although in an outdoor setting and more casual. 10 courses not including 2 item amuse bouche and 4 item desert. Everything was perfect and perhaps the best place we’ve ever eaten. A special place for special occasions.

Amazing restaurant in Valle de Guadalupe in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed every dish, from taste to presentation. Cocktails were also amazing. Service was top-notch. Would return without a doubt.
