                                                                                          I was not allowed to enter because I was late due to transportation issues between islands, which was absolutely ridiculous. The hostess was very rude and essentially kicked me out of the area.

Tenía una reservación y llegué con una hora de retraso, pero el lugar estaba prácticamente vacío, con muchas mesas disponibles. Aun así, me negaron la entrada sin ofrecer ninguna solución ni mostrar flexibilidad. El personal fue poco empático y el servicio, decepcionante. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

                                                                                          Like many others have said, they didn’t recognize my reservation. Even though it was booked a month in advance and confirmed the day before, they said they didn’t have a record of it. Showing them my confirmation was pointless. They sat us in the restaurant area which wasn’t the experience we had in mind. We came prepared to spend money on one experience, but left early after a few drinks because of another.

                                                                                          Awesome place! We had a blast, Cristian took great care of us! It was such a cool experience, from jumping off the water taxi, the dancing, the food!!!! Definitely a MUST visit while in PV.
