Chef’s Tasting – A 9-course exploration of land and sea that surprises and delights. $250 per person. Bar Experience – A lively, à la carte offerings from the tasting menus with a masterclass in cocktail innovation and adventure. Other Options: *Grand Tasting – An 11-course culinary expedition featuring inventive dishes and a memorable and immersive dining experience unlike any other.
