About this restaurant

Angela's is a pizzeria and neighborhood restaurant. This little bistro has been in operation for over 25 years, first in Italy and then later in America after the family immigrated to the United States. The centerpiece of Angela's restaurant is a beautiful mural that gives off the illusion that the brick wall gives way to a serene walkway through an Italian vineyard. The specialty at Angela's is the pizza. Some of the recipes are standards like pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and onion while the rest are gourmet recipes like the stuffed pizza with meatballs, sausage, pepperoni, marinara and fresh mozzarella. The rest of the menu is filled out with hot and cold subs, baked pasta, soups, salads, burgers, strombolis, calzones and specialty seafood, chicken and eggplant dishes. Angela's also keeps a rotating stock of red and white Italian wines for guests to pair with their meals.

Odd Location, has two fronts on the shopping center, one for the restaurant (off to the side), and one for the pizza place....took a moment to figure out, just be aware. Restaurant menu did not include all the options on the pizza shop menu, this was disappointing, as some of the members of our party had looked online and wanted things listed on line which were not in the restaurant menu. Service was great, very friendly, made us feel at home. Outstanding. There was live music, we were away from the music, which I liked, I think being too close would have made it difficult to converse, But it was a nice touch. Big problem was the cooking. Quality of ingredients was good, but they were cooked poorly. Overcooked chicken, and under-cooked shrimp. Before I would return to the restaurant side I would consider trying the pizza to give them a second chance. I hope this was a one time fluke, and the food in the restaurant is better then presented during our visit.
