    Great food, nice location but service very very slow and staff very disorganised. Had a reservation but queued outside for over 20 minutes.

    The service wasn’t great and the prices were bit much. You can have a better experience at other places. I’d suggest you keep looking unless this is the only option left.

    nella sala più in basso il panorama è molto limitato. il menu è troppo ricercato. a parte il tagliere i piatti sono tutti molto particolari. eccessivo per un brunch. non è stato possibile avere un sandwich. destinato solo a clientela straniera.

    Outstanding location, right in front of the "Palazzo Vecchio", good music, adequate space between tables, waiters very kind and fast, some a little inexperienced. Reservation procedure was excellent. We had 2 cocktails and 1 formaggi e salumi platter x2, both taste and size were good. Right price for such a place.

La terrazza è fornita di stufette, tuttavia con un clima particolarmente ostile non possiamo garantire la temperatura ideale, proprio per questo abbiamo sempre a disposizione il Dinner club, il nostro ristorante interno caldo, accogliente e a prova delle temperature più estreme!     The ambiance was very chic and we were very well accomodated by the staff. They had brought us a special dish courtesy of the chef which were lovely. The cocktails were very creative, especially the tea inspired cocktail! Overall set a very high standard on our first day in Florence and the staff did everything to make us feel welcomed.. Grazie!

    We had a lovely early dinner here after a long journey to Florence from the U.S. - it’s a beautiful dining room and the service was absolutely perfect! There is a nice selection of cocktails and the food is delicious. Our party was a combination of vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian and we were super happy that the menu could accommodate all of us. Definitely recommend!

    Didn’t get seated on time and were huddled outdoors and in hotel Lobby ..waiting. Wasn’t really rooftop or even outside but we could walk up and look. Food Great and service excellent. Beautiful inside .

    Location veramente eccezionale, è un rooftop in pieno centro a Firenze, ideale sia per un light lunch che per aperitivo. Staff molto cordiale e sorridente. Ottimi cocktail!!
