Añejo Tribeca

I was a little disappointed with my experience at Añejo. I have been to bottomless brunch places before with unlimited food and drinks and this experience did not even compare. First of all, most places that offer unlimited anything, make you very aware that you are getting this experience: they don’t ask if you want another mimosa, they just pour you another, and they keep the plates coming out! At Añejo, I had to keep reminding my waiter to refill my drink or to bring out another dish. On top of that, the only dish that was good was the French toast. Everything else was basically chips covered in sauce.

Añejo is great! Love this place especially for brunch. It’s a great place to bring friends or make new friends over bottomless mimosas!

Awesome spot. Great ambience. Brunch amazing. Staff amazing. Just too little too long for server to come to us. Owner made it up with complimentary cocktail. Can’t wait to go back. It so very nosy though. But go here !! Omelette amazing. Giac. Etc.

Came here for the first time for try the bottomless brunch and definitely will come again! Food was really really good, so were the cocktails...great choice the bottomless brunch with the endless food option!

Food was excellent. Good vegetarian options. The ambience was good if you like loud places. It was fun for us cause we were jiving and singing the songs played in the background. The server always seemed to be in a hurry to leave when we were ordering.

We came to Anejo before a concert, had reservations, and we were seated as soon as we arrived. It was a Monday, so kind of empty when we arrived. Waitress took our drink and appetizer orders very quickly and the apps and drinks served quickly. Getting our next round of drinks was a little longer wait, our waitress was tied up at another table for a very long time. Our meal order was taken and served promptly, but after dinner when we were waiting for bill and last cocktail order again our waitress was not available. It was not a busy night at the restaurant so I'm not sure why she wasn't more available to check on our beverages more frequently and promptly. The bus boys were very attentive with clearing away plates and refreshing water on table. We loved our food. The salsa and guacamole sampler platters were delicious. There were 4 of us in our party and we all shared a bunch of small plates. The pork belly tostados were amazing and the short rib tacos were delicious. The Tuna Ceviche was disappointing. Our Blanco Margaritas were tasty and the chicken empanadas were very good. Overall a good experience, just slightly disappointed with the waitress not being available or checking on our table more often, especially since it was not a busy night.

Food was good, drinks were good. Neither were outstanding or special. Service was great and very accommodating. Price was on the higher side.

Terrific. Fantastic food, service and ambiance. Would have stayed there all night (seemed to close down on the early side, so we headed across the st).

The food was delicious.
But the server was unpleasant, rude, indifferent and moreorless killed the vibe. We begrudgingly left him a $40 tip but would’ve preferred to give him nothing

It was a great food experience would recommend. My only suggestion would be that the music is a bit too loud and forces yelling vs conversation. It may have been because it was Friday but other than that great food and service.

Loved it. Was running late due to MTA issues, called ahead and the hostess was super nice and understanding.

Excellent experience. Service was a little slow in the beginning but the restaurant was very busy. Went for a birthday and they brought out a little desert with a candle. So cute! High highly recommend the bottomless brunch!!

My date and I decided to go here for brunch and it was the absolute best! Everything from the food, drinks, to the staff was just incredible! A La Carte style dining can be overwhelming, especially for boozy brunches with unlimited small plates. However, Anejo has an amazing serving system where they bring everything out one by one to allow you to try it all but you still have the opportunity to ask for more of whatever it is you liked the best. The Strawberry Rose Sangria was just delicious and paired well with the food. Literally nothing tasted bad everything was just so yummy! We could barely finish the last plate but enjoyed ourselves. Overall the food and drinks made out date even better!!!!! Excellent choice for a date but even just to go with friends or family!

Noise level was horrendous. Food and service very good but impossible to have a conversation.

Great food, great service friendly staff.
Prices are a bit stiff for the very small portions.
Also, the noise level does not let you have a civil conversation. But, the music is good, just too loud.

When a Mexican restaurant pre-makes its guacamole, it's a red flag....The carnitas tacos were mediocre, the tortillas simply not good enough....Caesar salad was overdressed...Margaritas were quite good and reasonably priced, but small...Wait staff is pleasant but amateurish.

Amazing! Everything on the Menu is good so come back often and choose something different! To finish we had an amazing Flan paired with a tequila with hints of butterscotch and almonds. Just Perfect!!!

This place is beautiful, vibrant and with great Mexican food and margaritas. We enjoyed the Pork Belly Tostada, the Lamb Barbacoa, the Ceviche Mixto and Wild Mushroom Quesadilla among other dishes (we ate here twice in a week). Not the best place for wine maybe, but the margaritas was a hit.

Little loud

On this visit the place was firing on all cylinders. My date and I were seated immediately (with an open table reservation). The Mezcal flight with spicy pineapple guacamole was a great way to start. Also had the ceviche, lamb for sharing, and pork belly tostadas. I will be going back!!

Terrible service. Our waitress ignored us mostly and would only came over when we called her. And the restaurant was only 50% full. Will not return. Unfortunate as the food was good.

Great atmosphere, a bit loud. We did the bottomless brunch and my glass was never empty! Food comes out family style and you can re-order any of your favorites. Great value, highly recommend for a group brunch with friends.

Amazing food, good prices. I went for brunch on a Saturday did the bottomless food and drinks. It was very good. I gave them 5 stars for everything but ambience. It is a really cute spot but it was very loud. Highly recommended.

Visited Anejo for the first time for a wedding anniversary dinner. They did seat us right away, but did not offer any special accommodations for our special occasion. Food and drinks were delicious but portions of both were very small for the price. Tuna tar tare consisted mostly of tomatoes. Margarita consisted mostly of ice cubes. Room was quite loud for conversation. Overall, I would go back for a cocktail but not for dinner.

We loved our experience and would highly recommend! My boyfriend said this is one of the top 5 Mexican restaurants he’s ever been to.

We went for the bottomless brunch for my birthday. Service was terrible. I honestly think our waiter was drinking while he was serving us. He continued to forget what drinks we had ordered, we asked for chips 3 times, and he blamed it on the kitchen saying they had been baking them for the last hour although we had seen several orders go by to other tables. We told the manager- he was nice about it and he did speak to the waiter. Of course after that, our waiter was rude to us. He dropped a fork on the floor and didn’t bother picking it up, just walked away. I also thought it was kind of funny that because it was my birthday, I got a free dessert- however I immediately noticed that everyone else’s had a sparkler but mine did not. The food is mediocre and drinks are not very strong. We also had to wait to get refills several times. I would not recommend this place for the brunch because of the lack of quality and horrible service.
