Andre’ & Tracey deWaal invite you take the trip, it’s a beautiful drive- through the mountains and trees-out to the lake. To our little piece of heaven. Warm, welcoming staff, amazingly creative cuisine made only with the finest ingredients. Our ever evolving menu changes WEEKLY and reflects the best the seasons have to offer.
Andre's is a BYO and also offers a nice selection of ALBA Vineyards Wines and an amazing N/A Beverage list.

    We sat outside overlooking the beautiful lake. What a pretty view! The food was delicious. Loved the crudo, fresh salads, steaks and creme caramel. They were so accommodating of my wheat allergy. They even made scrumptious gluten-free corn muffins. The amuse bouche and pallet cleansers were both tasty. Loved the little surprise with dessert! This is one of our favorite restaurants and a perfect place to celebrate a birthday or special occasion or if you’re craving a delicious steak. Service is also excellent and the owners are extremely warm. One of our favorites!

    We had our third meal at Andre’s last night. Consistently excellent. Two out of three meals I had the fish, both times were excellent. Andre also does cooking demonstrations during the colder months, where he serves a fixed menu and explains his approach to preparing the meal. A great evening!

    First time we had the pleasure to eat outside on Andres patio.....great outdoor experience to add to what is always great food and great service

    Outside seating was lovely. Service could have been better. Never came back to fill water. Price point medium to high for food . Small salami appetizer was ridiculous. Should go on bread & butter plate. Bread & butter was good.

    Andre's never disappoints! This is Sussex County, New Jersey's finest restaurant. Menu is always fresh and exciting. Cuisine from around the world is prepared with love and precision in Chef Andre deWaal's kitchen. We have enjoyed more than 15 years dining at Andre's over our years living in Sparta, NJ and it's always our first choice for special occasions.

    Andre’s has been a favorite since originally having opened in Newton. They have since moved to a beautiful location right on Seneca Lake in Sparta. The food has always been incredible and chef Andre Dewal has perfected an Asian fusion cuisine which provides interesting dishes which never disappoint. Although it is is at a higher price point than some other good local restaurants, they cannot compare to the quality and innovation which is Andre’s and well worth the cost. Although many of the wait staff are young, they have been highly trained and exhibit professionalism in the service they provide. I would highly recommend you try them out.

    We at on the grass at the water's edge for our anniversary. So romantic, bring a bottle of your favorite wine and eat outside. Each course was fantastic, too hard to pick a favorite dish.
