   THE MIAMI LOCATION IS THE WORST ANDRES CARNE DE RES OF ALL. We went to celebrate my friend's birthday there. When we arrived to the restaurant, there was no hostess for a couple of minutes. Then, she showed up and got another lady to walk us to our table. Since we entered the restaurant, it was a little hot and I don't think the AC WAS NO WORKING PROPERLY. We took the elevator and a couple asked us if we were going to the the Macondo event on the 2nd floor and we told them no. The hostess took us to the 3rd floor which looks like a pool restaurant, but without the pool menu and with the prices of a fine dining restaurant. It was a hot day and we were expecting to have the fun at Andres Carne de Res environment that you can enjoy in Colombia. Unfortunately, it wasn't like that. They wanted us to sit on a hot terrace in a pool looking restaurant, but with a VERY EXPENSIVE MENU IN A CHEAP ENVIRONMENT. I told the hostess we didn't like it and we came to celebrate a birthday, but she told us to tell the people downstairs which they said they didn't have any tables on the 1st floor and on the 2nd they were having an event. When I made the reservation they never told me we were going to be seated outside, like most restaurants tell you. They never apologized or tried to make it better. They just didn't care. ANDRES CARNE DE RES MIAMI TOTALLY RUINED MY FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY and I was very ashamed of having recommended such a bad restaurant in every way. I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO NEVER GO TO THE ANDRES CARNE DE RES IN MIAMI.

   Food was good however not as good as it is in Chia. The menu should also be closer to what it is in Colombia with combination platters for sharing.

   Had THE best experience here! We had the sweetest waitress(her name started with an M), the food was INCREDIBLE! We started with the friend green plantains with cheese, had beef empanadas, I had the octopus and my husband had lomo and coconut rice! Every single bite was exceptional. Such a fun place. All the employees seemed happy! We even got to meet the owner on the way out. We will fly to Miami just to come eat here again. That good. 10/10

   I´d definitily comeback. This place its amazing, the food great. I saw bad reviews about this place, but i guess its people that dont know how to reconizge great service!!

   The service here is as excellent as the food, and that’s saying something. I had the picanha and it was a masterpiece of flavor. Everyone on staff was helpful without hovering. Relaxed yet elegant vibe.

    It wasn’t just a great meal, it was an experience. The brisket melted in my mouth, and every dish came out hot and beautifully plated. Our server was charming and made spot-on recommendations based on what we liked.
