A great place to meet friends for Brunch. We were never rushed and our server was great with getting us refills on our drinks discreetly while we gabbed away. Food was tasty, but the timing out of the kitchen was a bit off. A couple ladies in our group had to wait an additional 8-10 minutes before their food was delivered.
Got a tad lost getting there, but called and Tim (bartender) gave me excellent directions.
Christian was a very good waiter and my friend and I had a great time at the afternoon tea. I'd recommend it for a special occasion for sure.
Wife had onion soup and I the wagyu carpaccio; both were excellent. She had trout and I the Dover sole. Hers was very good; mine outstanding. Her lemon tart was good; my apple tart tatin was only so-so. Service was only acceptable because the restaurant was quite busy.
Andre has done it again. So happy to have been able to be there!!
It was good. But Mac and cheese with lobster was just ok. Very fishy tasting.
This was my second year going to Andre’s for Thanksgiving dinner! Great food, great service!
Excellent place and wonderful experience
Outstanding Thanksgiving dinner. Food was perfect portions as were the options. I have come here often and never once was I disappointed.
Having eaten at Andre's at the top of the Palms several times, I was really disappointed with Andre's Bistro. The only similarity was in the name of the restaurant. Service was quite disappointing. Food was cold and undercooked, and had to be sent back. We were not the only table to do that. This was the Thanksgiving meal, a treat we were looking forward to. The second course, an optional course on the price fixe menu, never arrived. Did get it taken off the bill. Never in this class of restaurant have I seen one take the salad fork off the plate and put back on the table to reuse. And getting attention to correct issues was difficult. Might just be they were not prepared for the volume of diners, but was a very disappointing evening.
Thanksgiving. Good food. Waiter was forgetful and goofy
Had the Lobster Roll with Sweet Potato Fries. yummy. My friend had the French Toast with a side of Bacon, it was delicious. Looking forward to going back.
Authentic feeling French bistro with great atmosphere. Frog legs, escargot, french onion soup, duck a l'orange, souffles, a nice wine list and great drinks.... What more do you want in a french bistro? All at a reasonable price....
Business meeting. Was a wonderful evening. Thanks
We were lucky enough that Chef Bulen was working the night we were there. Chef went off menu and prepared a fantastic meal of Frog legs, Scallops, Salmon, Venison Chop and Banana Fosters. Everything was cooked to perfection and our server Kenny was wonderful, friendly and attentive.
Highly recommend Andres with Chef Chris and Chef Kevin working the kitchen
I went here for my birthday brunch and had the best time! The best service and delicious food! We ordered two cocktails, beignets, fruit, salmon & the quiche. Fabulous! Kenny was a great server! If I lived here I’d make it a regular spot!
Nice local restaurant with appetizing and reasonably priced French food. Catch it at happy hour for a better deal.
As usual, the food and service were exceptional.
It was a beautiful night to sit outside. It was quiet and the food was delicious. Our server Nate was attentive and fun. We will be dining here again soon.
Always a great experience in every way!
Great spot. I'd reviewed recommendations for Brunch and this was listed. We enjoyed ourselves and the food was really flavorful and fresh ( I got the French toast) however, our server on Saturday was a middle aged gentleman who was quite stoic and borderline rude. He had zero customer service skills and seemed quite irritated that we were in no rush to leave despite the restaurant being virtually empty at the time! Upon leaving, and we did leave a 20% tip he did not even say thank you. Great restaurant the server however would do well to take some customer service education courses and be reminded that a business only thrives because of their guests!
I have been to Andres a few times. Food was always excellent. They have friendly staff. I love this restaurant especially when I crave for French food.
We have been avid Andre's diners dating to the Monte Carlo days. However, since the opening in it's new location, we have dined here a few times with each time becoming more disappointing. We live in SE LV and have not had the opportunity to dine at this new site as often as desired. Yesterday was the most disappointing. It is important to note that there were very few diners present.
We were delighted to learn that Chris Bulen had returned as Chef; however he was not present at the time of our dining. First, our table "rocked" and had to be realigned; we noted a very dirty floor. Secondly, my food was disappointing. I ordered the French onion soup. It lacked flavor and cheese. I also ordered a Classic Benedict with spinach to be added to the Benedict, eggs fried over medium, and hollandaise as a side. Spinach was placed on the side, ham was wafer "THIN" and small, eggs cool and over-cooked; fried crisp on the edges and hardly edible; potatoes highly peppered and cold. We did not order drinks; however, it would have been nice if water was forthcoming routinely without asking. We ordered our meal to be served at one time (French onion soup and breakfast items at one time.)
We were seated in an isolated area (our choice) and about 5-8 minutes later a family with a young child were seated one table away. Their order was taken after ours and yet they were served before us. Our soup was delivered with one spoon (their meal was served shortly afterwards). Several minutes later our breakfast appeared. This was inexcusable in our opinion. While I realize that this experience is decidedly designed as a different experience from the fine dining under Andre, for $60+ for brunch/breakfast without drinks, it was disappointing. I was not advised of a $6 fee for the addition of spinach to the Benedict and the salmon ordered by my husband on the menu for $25; yet we were charged $27.
Very sad ending to a vibrant memory.
We had two for dinner on a Sunday evening. Both ordered different fish dishes which were both over cooked. It was disappointing and likely won’t return.
Just not worth it for the price of the meal.
The food was amazing we had the Salmon Benedict, the Breakfast Sandwich with Brown Sugar glaze. All of it was Absolutely Delicious! Our initial server was not the greatest, but I think his fellow servers caught on and definitely made our experience one worth the drive from the Strip. We will be back!
We sat for :35 before being acknowledged by the wait staff, while the tables around us received drinks and food even though they were seated after us. So, we decided to leave. I like to support non-chain restaurants in on neighborhood. I will not be returning here.
Food and Value I cannot rate because we did not eat or pay, but the site requires a rating.
The food, very good and the service, accommodating.
Everyone is friendly.
With all the choices of restaurants, Andre's Bistro & Bar is a great choice!!
We were patrons at the original Andre's on 6th Street for many years-- our favorite restaurant for birthdays, holidays, etc. We miss it badly
Our visit on Friday evening was our first at the Andre's Bistro. We will definitely be going back. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere very bistro-like. I would highly recommend it.
Feel like it has changed. We will likely not return for some while. Unfortunately feel like they have made negative changes that reflect in the food quality.
We were celebrating my wife's birthday. She has a few allergies that I noted in the reservation. The server and the chef were incredibly attentive to make sure she had a safe and delicious experience. We were both "wow'd" at how perfect everything was. We couldn't have been happier with the food, drinks, and service. I can't wait to return.
The food, the ambiance and our server, Javier were great! My family and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you, Javier for the fantastic service.
Always Great......I was a customer years ago when they were downtown.
Very disappointed. They are very proud of their food. My husbands meal was $42 and there was barely any seafood in his soup. Way to many restaurants in this city for them to charge so much $ for a meal like that. Won’t be going back.
Always great service, food on point, and very accommodating to our young kids. One of our favorite places.
Andres came highly recommended by a friend and so we will give it another shot. French onion soup was good and my husband had the lobster roll which he enjoyed. I ordered the flat iron steak and it just tasted and smelled off. Had my husband try it and he agreed. Hard to get past that. I am not a person to send back/complain about food but thought I should let them know. Dessert was wonderful and they did remove the entree from the bill.
Great food, small and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and a nice happy hour for a couple apps and entrees.
The restaurant was attentive to detail, and provided responsive customer service.
Alfredo was great, respectful, happy and fun.thanks for a great evening
Thursday night waiter was terrible. We go there regularly for business meetings because of the location and ability to have a business conversation. I hope our waiter was fired after the service he provided. He didn’t know his wine. We didn’t get our salads served to us. He wouldnt refill the waters or wine. Another gentleman would come by and assist us. Put the man through service training or show him the door!
