Wonderful wine selection, the fettuccini was perfect and the setting peaceful

Wait staff station is right next to a guest table and that wasn’t ideal because they are are constantly talking to each other, as well as phone calls or incoming guests. They should live the wait station/host stand or move the adjacent dinner table!

Delighted back in April to have discovered this wonderful restaurant; we
were thrilled (now that we're back in town) to dine-in (!) served by the
terrific, attentive waitstaff. The kitchen is as good as we remembered it,
and we look forward to many more authentic Italian meals in our future!
Kudos to the Chef/owner for the cuisine, the well-trained, friendly
staff, and the charming, romantic ambiance!

We were celebrating a special birthday that we mention on the Open Table reservation. After finishing our main meal we ordered dessert. Since nothing happen, I got up and ask the waitress what happen to the birthday dessert. She said she did not know anything about it and she will talk to the manager. I went back to my table and waited about 15 minutes and nothing happen. She eventually came to the table and said the manager said the host did not communicate about the special request and there was nothing they can do about it but they will discount one of the desserts we ordered. I told her is not about the free dessert it is about the celebration and pictures for the memories. She said she can't do anything because the manager said there is nothing they can do about it. It was my daughter's 21st birthday celebration and it was messed up just because the manager didn't want to please the customer. During our dinner we saw a couple of desserts with candles taken to tables. I am very dissaponted with the manager, who didn't even come to our table to apologize. Overall very poor customer service.

Delightful experience as always. We’re frequent diners at Andiamo, as we appreciate the friendly, professional service & delicious Italian fare. We highly recommend the osso buco special, chicken piccatta, baby greens salad & tiramisu.

We have been good friends and customers of Joan Gilcrist and her staff at Andiamo since it first opened. It is usually the first restaurant we dine at when arriving in S F. On this 10 day trip we dined in twice with friends, and had the delicious Monday Pizza to go once. Thanks to all of you at Andiamo!

Two things that stand out : 1) we always come for the polenta and Gorgonzola sauce, and 2) we live that you have a decent selection of half bottles of wine

Always great food - lovely intimate setting. Fabulous patio & attentive servers. A definite go to - never disappoints.

Excellent casual Italian fare. Don’t know if the tempo of downtown Santa Fe on a Sunday evening was diminished because of the pandemic, but Andiamo’s quiet little outside deck, strung as it was with little patio lights, made us feel like we were dining on a peaceful side street in Italy. Polenta starter was solid and my deftly dressed Caesar salad was the best I’d had in recent memory. The chef readily accommodated my preference for mushrooms over olives by adding sautéed crimini to my delicious linguini with shrimp. Service was attentive and the staff / seating layout have the necessary pandemic precautions well dialed in. We’ll be back.

This is a terrific neighborhood restaurant. The pricing is reasonable and the food was spot on. We are definitely eating here again !!

Place is quaint, food good, service good. Only suggestion is to add heaters outdoors due to the outside dining requirements these days.

We were absolutely blown away by our meal here! The food (crispy duck leg) was absolutely to die for. The waitstaff was kind and knowledgeable. We are still talking about our dinner here days later!

In these challenging times it was the perfect evening. A nice table outside, quiet, and with perfect weather. The service was wonderful and the food was FABULOUS! Can't wait to go back!

No table linen so the ambiance a little lacking but everything else was great. I will return.

We are frequent visitors to Andiamo and love this neighborhood place but on our recent visit the food was not up to par. We ordered a pizza and when it arrived at our table it was cold and not quite cooked through. The waiter took it back and re-heated it and though it was hot, it just wasn’t very good. I used to love their pizzas!

Amazing very wonderful

What a charming place for a relaxing dinner. We chose outside seating which was cozy and lit with cool hanging lighting. They were doing a booming take-out business which is why the house pinot was sold out at 7 and the beet salad was also sold out. But, the 1/2 bottle pinot we ordered instead was very deep and rich and the chef replaced the blue cheese on the fresh and crispy arugula salad with burrata. I ordered the fettuccini with mushrooms and fried artichoke hearts = delish. If you want a break from southwest chilis and loud music, Andiamo is a great choice.

We were seated outside at our request. The food was very good, the ingredients were fresh, but the pasta was slightly overcooked and oddly broken, making it a little difficult to eat.
Juan, our server, was so attentive, efficient and kind.

Food and service was amazing. The pasta was fresh and the food extremely well flavored.

First time at Andiamo! And loved it. Wine selection was nice- lots of choices for 1/2 bottles- I was dining alone. And all of the entries were inviting and my choices were delicious.

Outside is nice.
