   We had a great experience on St. Patrick’s day. Food was good and service was phenomenal! I came here when they first opened and the food quality had room for improvement - it definitely has stepped up - even on a crazy busy night! Things took a bit longer as the night continued on, but it was one of the busiest bar nights of the year when combining the holiday and March Madness. The manager and staff handled it really well. Shout out to all of them and our server Brailyn (sp?). Great job!

   This was our first time here for many of us! What a nice, friendly and clean environment! Our server was Ashley and she was awesome! Ashley was very attentive to our needs and kept checking in to see if any of us needed anything. The food was wonderful. I was also very happy that they had a nice selection of NA beers.

   Went out with friends and family. Great spot because kids can play pinball and watch plenty of sports on all the tv’s. Live music on weekends is fun as well. Great service.

   We had an expected date night. We had a reservation but had to wait so a while after a checking in. That was the only negative. Our server was great. Our food was delicious.

   Great food, beer and atmosphere. Only suggestion is to keep a few good lagers on draft. Rhinegeist Cheetah or Garage Beer would be awesome!

    Third visit and worse ever. Had reservation, not crowded, extremely slow and forgetful service. Food was just ok. In general, will avoid due to consistently inattentive, slow service.

    In all fairness we were there to watch the Bengal conference game so it was not a usual dining night. Restaurant was very accommodating and server eas very good

    A terrible experience. We even took the time to plan reservations for our party of eight, which we were hoping would get us seated on time and prompt service. We were seated on time, however, the service was anything but prompt. Our server showed up and took our drink order and didn’t return for 10-15 minutes with drinks. Then he disappeared for another 15 minutes, neglecting to take her food order. When he finally did show up to take our food order, we placed an order for appetizers. After 60, yes, 60 minutes, with no appetizers, I told the manager to give us a status of our food order for we were walking. Well, she never returned with that status update, so we walked. I would not recommend this place at all unless you just wanna hang at the bar and have a drink. Their food service is awful. Never got any food to be in a position to rate the food!

    According to the website the kitchen is open from 11am - 11pm. We showed up hungry (ten people including children) at 10pm on a Saturday only to be told the kitchen was already closed after having already been seated. I understand staffing is an ongoing issue but a simple fix to the website could have prevented this. Several of us traveled quite a distance for this dinner. Disappointing to say the least. Staff were very friendly and apologetic about the miscommunication and were able to bring out a basket of chips at no charge. They explained that they have struggled to keep the kitchen open since they opened back in September. As a former restaurant industry worker, I think quality service and communication is paramount. Staff should not have to deal with upset customers because management is not taking the necessary steps to avoid this type of error in advertising. My suggestion would be to re-word the website to lower expectations of the kitchen hours and begin working on a strategy to retain kitchen staff if the intention is to stay open until the stated hours.

    We have been to Anderson Taphouse several times before and have no complaints but this time was awful! We waited over 2 hours to receive our food, some food was cold, some orders were wrong and the quality was poor. Trying to get drinks was ridiculous! We waited an exorbitant amount of time for drinks and refills. The entire experience was so disappointing, many people in our party had never been here before and there is no reason they will return after our experience last night.

    They canceled our OpenTable reservation even though we checked-in and had dinner. Be sure to follow up because it is a hassle to contact OpenTable to get it the points fixed.

    My salmon was very dry and smelled fishy but my asparagus was great. They took my salmon back and I ordered the oh my cod sandwich. Nothing to great there either but my asparagus was good, again. Great atmosphere and server was great!

    We were unimpressed with our first visit. Our waitress was very nice, but we had to chase her down to ask for silverware (the hostess hadn’t provided any). The food was okay. The selection of beers on tap is good. We appreciated the ability to pay via the Toast app. Note that unlike other local places, there is a cost to play the pinball machines, so bring quarters (there is a change machine for small bills, which was helpful.).

    Our server Braelynn was very nice and efficient with our group of 10. We had appetizers and drinks which were good. My husband had the Sunrise burger and I must say my tasting of it definitely got a thumbs up! Definetlt a good vibe!
