                                                                  I do hope that this review falls into the write hands. My wife and I I had dinner last week. We pretty much enjoyed everything !! Let’s say this our server Denise & Sommelier Alessandro we super professional, accommodating and friendly. The food was also very enjoyable. Where my issue lies is with the head manager Lorenzo, very rude, unprofessional, unaccommodating & somewhat insulting !! At the time of wine service Alessandro accidentally dropped a wine glass, chatting it all over my wife & the table, A TRUE ACCIDENT !! but chars of glass went everywhere !! We were asked if we would like to move tables, which made the best sense as there was glass everywhere. Lorenzo proceeds to love us to another table that is directly in front of the DJ music speakers & next to a large noisy group of 10 diners. I ask him, would it be possible to move closer to the front where the ocean & mountain view was prettier and the location would be less noisier. His response is “Be happy with what you were given” WOW !!! For an exclusive place like this with such high standards and reputation, to have someone like Lorenzo be representing them is embarrassing. I then ask him, well in that case can we move back to our original table once the staff have cleaned it up ? His response was an annoyed “well then you will have to wait” and proceeded to walk away. He never returned to check on us, never an apology NOTHING !! I was just so taken back by his professionalism!! Doreen & Alessandro took care of us from that point on. They were both very kind & understanding. Lorenzo left for the evening never once to approach our table. I mean !! You shattered a wine glass over my wife’s head and this is how you handle the situation. Very disappointing !!!

                                                                  Food was great but definitely not worth the price. We had to ask several times for water and our sides, we also waited quite a long time to be seated despite having made a reservation. A little disappointing for a 5 star hotel restaurant.
