Anatolia Turkish Restaurant
Book your next event with us
As always, everything is so lovely and tasty at Anatolia, one of my favorite restaurants.
Perfect place to take out-of-town guests or to celebrate a special event with friends and/or family.
Absolutely our favorite restaurant in neighborhood. Great food and perfect service!!
The lamb chops are the best in town. Wonderful restaurant.
One of our favorite restaurants! The kanefe is a must!
Anatolia is an authentic Turkish restaurant. Our waiter went above and beyond to accommodate us for mother's day. My parents came into town for the weekend and were thrilled with the food and service at Anatolia. It's a great local, authentic, charming restaurant for date night and families alike. It just feels homey, and I can't wait to come back! I recommend the sampler appetizer dish. Great gluten-free options too- kabobs, rice, grape leaf roll-ups, etc.
Always our “go to” restaurant, great menu, great food. We were celebrating an early Mother’s Day, and had a great time. We’ve known our waiter, Greg, for many years, he’s the best !
First time trying this place. The atmosphere is lively but not obnoxiously loud...just friends and family enjoying a night out. The menu is varied and offers something for everyone. We opted for the appetizer sampler which was a good way to try their most popular items. The grape leaves were the best we’ve ever had...bar none. The fried pastry with cheese was awesome and was served with rose petal jam...wonderful combo. Hummus and pita were also very good. I’m picky about hummus and this one was good. Pita was served warm and fully. For entree we split the mixed grill and we were very pleased. All the meats were well prepared and seasoned perfectly. Next time I’ll try the lamp chops. That was my favorite item on the plate. For dessert we had a dish of thinly shredded pastry and unsalted melted cheese baked in a pan. Ohh my goodness...it’s was fantastic! Service and food were spot on! We’ll be back!
Always a great place! We’ve been coming here for many years and it’s still a favorite although there are so many restaurants to choose from in Nashville now. Must try the Kunefe for dessert!
Great authentic Turkish food. Will go again. Great service!
Sea Bass was superb. Probably one of the best I have eaten in Nashville .
The food was authentic and tasty! Service was wonderful. Great place for dinner!
Had a great experience
We were told by the front man that almost all of of their patrons are regulars and so he asked us many questions. Very personable but once you are inside, it is a peaceful space. The very generous portion of lamb chops were divine & Kunefe, a dessert of fine rolled pastry with unsalted cheese was a real pleasure. I loved my Turkish white wine - with it’s complex fruity flavors & my husband enjoyed his Turkish Beer. The picture below of the lamb chops is missing a couple - I started eating before taking the picture.
My husband & I are from the Seattle WA area & are just ending a 3 1/2 week self guided Music & Food Tour of the South. We are so grateful for the diversity of food choices we have encountered. If we lived here, we would definitely become regulars at Anatolia Turkish Restaurant.
The food and service was amazing! Would recommend to anyone and go there again. The chicken was the best chicken I have ever tasted!!! Loved it!
Great food and service
Authentic food and flavored, service was impressive, "feel" is of a neighborhood gathering place, with the staff familiar with many customers.
We loved the food, the service, and the fact it was so quiet we could easily talk!
Always good! Great place to dine and catch up with friends!
We have reviewed this place before because we attend often. We do so because among the restaurants that serve Mediterranean food in Nashville (Greek, Egyptian, etc) we believe this Turkish restaurant is the best. Try their Haydari (yoghurt), which is uniquely good. Also, mix several appetizers, which are all good. Every dish based on or containing eggplant is exceptional. The waiters are extremely nice and the service is professional and fast.
Outstanding food. Excellent service and wonderful ambience. This restaurant is consistently superb.
The food and service are excellent!
It was great! The food is always on point and the staff always friendly and professional.
This is a GEM of a restaurant. Don’t let the strip-mall location fool you. The ambience is comfortably, low-key upscale, the food is spectacularly good, fresh, high quality, well-prepared and -presented. The service is gorgeous—it’s the only place I’ve been in YEARS where the wait staff actually respect ongoing conversations. It’s quiet, relaxing, refreshing, polished and professional. The antidote to the crazy hubub of Nashville’s trendy restaurants, it helps you remember why you go to restaurants: to concentrate on food and conversation.
wish we had received more bread-- but we did not ask
Excellent overall experience! Service was topnotch!
This has long been one of our favorite Nashville restaurants. We usually order one of their lamb dishes, but I also like their talapia very much.
Good food. Service especially when asked for check was slow. Think they needed another service person.
Always consistently a great restaurant with great service
Excellent dining experience!! It was a most enjoyable dinner. My companion is a vegetarian and had many good choices. I had the sea bass, which was delicious. The dessert was absolutely divine and so different! We will return:)
A very pleasant and quiet place where you can talk to your dinner partners without shouting--- rare in Nashville. The food was very good-- we all had fish dinners, not the Turkish choices. The service was excellent. This is an excellent place for dinner with friends or a date night.
absolutely--one of the best restaurants around, the lamb dishes are super.
Great for families, delicious food and nice atmosphere
We have been coming back to Antolia's for many years now. We think the food is excellent and the atmosphere is very nice. Our servers have been very personable.
One of our regular go to places
This is a great restaurant. Their pita is warm and soft and the flavors are perfect. It’s a definite go-to for my husband and I. Their baklava is great, although It’s served with whipped cream. If you aren’t into whipped cream with your baklava, make sure to ask them to leave it off. I always forget.
Great lamb chops, and fried cheese dessert to die for!!
One of our favorite places anywhere. Always glad to see you. Hummus, eggplant salad, grape leaves are excellent. Love their lamb dishes. Great for groups and for relaxing evenings.
They charged me for a desert that I didn’t order even when I corrected the waiter and told him that I had asked for the opposite thing
