Once you’re not in a hurry !!!! Wasn’t busy and staff strolling around and could not get their attention

Had a gorgeous meal before going to a show. The service was fantastic. The food was fabulous. The seating was very comfortable. We dropped in for a drink after the show also and we’re lucky to get a table. You might have to prebook? There were 4 of us and we were all very happy with our meal and with the service. A great menu with lots of choice. Thanks to all the team there.

The seating was extremely low, fine if your having drinks but not for eating, it was quite uncomfortable, the service was good, the food was tasty but limited GF options.

Nice food in a lovely setting. We had dinner in the lounge before a show in the Bord Gais. Attentive staff.

Booked it as it was advertised as a rooftop bar but when we arrived the rooftop bar was closed and we could just sit in the lobby basically. Waste of money getting a taxi out to it. We left.

Great location and lovely staff. Food is overpriced and under quality. The goats cheese share pockets are literally empty - full of air! The chicken skewers were soggy. It was very cold in the rooms, a lot of people kept coats and scarfs on. They had an issue with the revolving front door - they offered blankets but should have offered free drinks at least. Glad it was a quick pre theatre eat so we didn’t have to stay long.!

staff were very pleasant & kind to our clildren. Felt service could have been a bit faster at the end as they were aware we were attending a show in Bord Gais. we were a party of 5 and had an excellent experience. Food and drink were top notch. Setting is nice. Thank you Anantara.

We were waiting over an hour for our food. It was only when we asked what the delay was that we were told there was an issue in the kitchen which caused the delay. When the food arrived it was cold. I ordered the steak sandwich which was €29. It had very little filling and was tasteless. We complained at the end and were given 50% off - overall a poor experience.
