An is an authentic Asian cuisine restaurant that offers a modern setting in Cary, North Carolina. The food is created with a unique technique designed by the chef that turns traditional Asian ingredients into whimsical versions of authentic fare. Guests at An are always welcome to ask for recommendations and information from any of the highly knowledgeable staff.

The menu at An includes lunch and dinner options as well as plenty of sushi. Guests can enjoy a white dragon roll, a shrimp tempura or a bowl of duck and noodles at lunch. Dinner might start with sesame tempura yams, a special Hong Kong take on chicken and waffles or the house special ramen. Vegetarian versions of many of the dishes are available at An.

Excellent cuisine with superior service and a great place for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. One minor glitch was in scheduling since we had to wait about 20 minutes for our table.

The waiter was attentive. I enjoyed black cod entree and spring rolls which were beautifully presented. The side dishes were too salty without eating rice. The portion size was very small so that my guest did not have enough food.

Very slow service and food delivery . Did not matter as they added 20% for our party. Disappointed in the dining experience though food was excellent.

Tiny portions, weird sauces. Interesting combination of eccentric flavors. Not authentic, more of an asian "fusion" restaurant. Food is kind of pricey, not too hefty, but portions are small compared to price. Too much garnish, more focused on how food looks rather than how it tastes.
