Butcher Burgers, formerly known as Amuse, offers a full menu of burger options, hence the name. Those in Westfield, New Jersey will enjoy the quality that being locally sourced lends to the dazzling array of burger choices. For the non-burger lover, the menu also has a handful of vegetarian burgers, other sandwiches and salads. The burgers at Butcher Burgers are far from ordinary. Imaginative options include a lamb burger, breakfast burger, surf and turf burger and shrimp burger. Some of the burgers are made with Angus beef, whereas others are Kobe beef. Toppings include everything from crayfish to foie gras. Vegetarians will love the portabella burger which is vegan and gluten free. Butcher Burgers also offers specialty milkshakes and amazing desserts.
