   We were a party of four having a get together dinner. The restaurant is wonderful! Food exquisite and drinks menu fab! Would highly recommend especially for a special occasion.

   Excellent staff and plush environment. As frequent diners at Michelin recommended restaurants over the country I have to say that our disappointment is marked with here. Standard of food not justifying Michelin recommendation. Over salted, undercooked, overpriced and badly conceived. Third visit and it gets worse each time. Staff overstretched although very professional. Poor experience

   We never fail to enjoy a vist to Amuse. The food is meticulously prepared and, although some might consider the portions small, you would find it difficult to say you did not feel full after four courses. Fish course options are a highlight on the menu. Desserts are innovative and we would recommend the wine pairings. Can compete with London on quality and price.

    Amuse is hands down the best restaurant in Scotland. From the house-made bread to the appetizers, mains, and desserts—every bite was a 10/10. The fish course was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection, and the roe deer was tender and absolutely remarkable. But the real showstopper? The vanilla rice pudding—easily the best dessert I’ve ever had. The service was top-notch, attentive without being overbearing. I’m visiting from Houston and was so blown away I went twice in one week. That’s how good it is. Can’t wait to return on my next trip!
