The Home of Good Food.

Here at Amuse we cook from the heart, sourcing outstanding regional ingredients always in season to ensure they are at their peek. Our style is modern Scottish with French notes, elegantly presented and packed full of natural flavours where the ingredients take centre stage. Our menus change with the seasons to celebrate the arrival of new produce.

We are small dedicated team working together to give you a memorable experience, whether it's a few classic cocktails perfectly made in The Snug, bespoke tasting menu in our private dining room or a long lazy Sunday lunch with the family.

Our aim is simply to make you feel happier than when you first walked through our doors.

    I was disappointed slightly to find that the menu had changed when I'd been keen to try the fishcake! That said, the set menu choices were still great options. The restaurant has always been a favourite of mine and the decor, ambience and high level of service doesn't disappoint. We had the house recommended glass of fizz to start the some lovely chardonnay. No room for dessert but definitely will return soon to try any new options. I love the new Snug and will make a point of dropping in for a coffee or wine soon. I appreciated the birthday card on my table from the team too!

    Outstanding food and outstanding service. We had a wonderful evening at Amuse. All the staff members gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at time. They were helpful and added to the experience. The food was stunning. Everything we ate was interesting and delicious. My favourite was the little mushroom starters, the pea soup and the lobster farfalle. But the absolute best was the house cocktail - a spicy margarita with an oil infusion. I’ve had a few margaritas in my time and this was easily the best.

    Without a doubt Amuse is the finest dining experience in the North East of Scotland at this time. Its quite expensive but still good value given the high standards of food and service.

    Absolutely delicious meal. Every one of us loved everything we tried. The Elderflower cocktail was delicious and so was the Crab fish course. Thanks Bill from Dojo for the recommendation to come here. We absolutely loved it and would definitely go again when we’re next in Aberdeen.

    The food was outstanding. The service timing was off. 1st course served prior to cocktails being finished. Wine did not arrive during the first course. What food and beverage we did have was marvellous. Our server just seemed to be unable to sequence delivery appropriately.

    Five of us headed to Amuse by Kevin Dalgleish for dinner. Food and service was excellent. (Summer Menu). The restaurant itself is very welcoming and we all loved the decor. Kevin Dalgleish came over to our table for a quick chat at the end of our meal, which was lovely. We will definitely be back.

    Food and service was amazing. Amuse deserves a michelin star for the quality of food and the great service. Kevin has built an amazing restaurant and I am sure we will back again soon
