The Amsterdam Barrel House is located in the heart of Leaside, and offers a from-scratch menu curated of delicious comfort foods & Toronto's best-in-class craft beer portfolio pouring through 16 taps.

With two floors of seating and expansive outdoor patios, the Barrel House offers a unique dining experience for every season.

Savour our lip-smacking dishes including Buffalo Cauliflower, Lemon Chicken Schnitzel, and our famous Smokehouse Burger, all while warming yourself by the roaring fireplace in our main dining room or our multi floored patios!

    Our server was wonderful. She was very helpful and courteous. She was kind to our family and everything was great We enjoyed the food and the beer flights. She kept coming back to check on us and never forgot to bring anything. She helped us have a great time Thank you for a lovely evening

    Food was decent service was horrible. Wasn’t busy at all but service was a joke. Thursday night at 6:30 so not sure what they do when they’re busy! Tables were dirty and girls standing around chatting but not working. Much better places to go like Local or frankly anywhere else. Would not return

    Server took forever to get us our order, drinks and then food. She took more drink orders but didn’t think about cleaning the table. Either they were short staffed or she’s not trained well. Food for cost is subpar. No wonder this place had a lot of reservations available. 12 chicken wings for $40! Seriously?!?

    Very quick service, very generous with offering certain meals and the food was very tasteful as well, we had the spinach and cheese dip with bread and chips, and as well the tacos with a Caesar salad was delicious

    I wanted to share our experience from our recent visit. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, and when the food arrived, it was cold. This was quite disappointing as we did not expect this from your establishment. We hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.
