Really lovely place. Guaranteed a nice time for a variety of situations from a night out with friends to a date. Food is delicious, drinks are amazing.
Good very good
The food and service was amazing the view isn’t the best compared to other rooftops but it’s still nice!
Muy bonito lugar, con buen ambiente
Jose was amazing and the rooftop vibe was great. Good and wine tasted just as great. My second time here and I enjoyed myself
Trying to hard to be ‘hip’, should focus on the dining experience.
Amazing place , delicious food , great ambiance
Food and drinks were great and the space is beautiful!
Was seated right away to the table upon arrival for reservation… waited forty minutes for someone to even stop by and ask us what we wanted to drink! At that point we were frustrated and about to leave… they have many staff but it seems like they have no direction of what to do! Definitely will not be revisiting this restaurant … could do without the poor service!
I can’t express how amazing this place was . The food was great, the service was great, the ambience was great, the staff was great. Everything about this place from entering to leaving was great. They really ensure that you are well taken care of throughout your meal. I would definitely recommend going to anyone and I will be coming back for sure !
The service was terrible. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. The food was cold and nobody really paid any attention.
I would not recommend Ampia. Very disorganized- had a reservation for 9pm and they didn’t seat us until 9:40– once we were seated we were placed at a table for 2 (there were 3 of us) and were on top of the people next to us. Not the classiest cliental either.
Took forever to get seated even though we had a reservation. Food was olive garden level and absolutely not worth the prices they charge. Drinks were 90% ice. Super crowded and loud. Got charged 48 dollars for 3 shots… The waiter was decent and food came out fast but other than that nothing else was enjoyable. Overrated and overpriced, will never be coming back again, and will never recommend this restaurant to any of my friends and family.
The restaurant is truly beautiful and perfect to take cute photos for social media. The waiters are very attentive and care about your experience. The food was also delicious.
Good rooftop dinner place.
Super cute rooftop. Loved the harvest mule!
It was a nice place, however the food wasn’t that good.
The place is beautiful and very instagrammable with lots of photo ops. The food is subpar, really no seasoning and flavor - had the guacamole, Caesar salad , margherita pizza. Had to request salt, pepper and even hot sauce just to get some flavor. All staff - host, manager, bartender, bus boys, Servers were courteous and attentive , drinks were ok. Worth visiting at least once for the photo ops and a drink but not for the food. We actually went to another restaurant around the corner since we really didn’t eat.
Chris and John were very hospitable. Chris was pleasant to have as my waiter and was attentive to our needs. Thank you for the amazing food and ambiance :)
El personal bastante amable y buen ambiente para comer y tomar algo.
Super fun time. We throughly enjoyed it and will be back!
Good food and ambiance. Pity that it is very low building and closed between tower, so no view at all. But good very good.
Fun vibe with great food!
The atmosphere is great. The service was great. The pitcher of Sangria was way overpriced. It was $90 and it was mostly ice. My food was just ok. The vibe was great so I would definitely give the food one more chance. I would love to go back and try something different.
It was nice. Give our waiter, John, a raise asap. Thank you.
Way overpriced for average food.
The place is very nice and unique
The atmosphere and music are great
The ingredients are fresh and high-quality
However, the cooking skills seem to lag a bit
Food was overpriced and was subpar. Nice decor tho.
The food was not good. The wine was served hot and you can tell the bottle was opened for a while. We complained and they were understanding but i will not be going ever again.
The food wasn’t amazing but not bad. The waiters push you to order drinks rather than take your order of food. The atmosphere itself is pretty and quiet interesting. The gentleman who keeps filling the water cups was actually on top of it and so sweet. He also made sure we were okay and packed our food when we were ready to leave. This rooftop is great if you’re just interested in drinks and maybe some food. Large verity of food on the menu, but again not so good.
Overall really great place, the service was great and the food came fast. The place is gorgeous and great for pictures. It’s on the pricey side and the menu is a bit short but the food is still great.
Food wasn't even that good
Drinks were expensive and barely had any alcohol
Amazing ambiance, great vibes. Definitely recommend for date night.
The service was non existent. We had to go find someone to order a drink from our little greenhouse. When the wine came, it was in dirty glasses with lipstick smears etc. Our greenhouse was cute but there was an awful smell coming from it. We decided to leave. This place might be great for an after work drink but not for a sit down dinner like we were hoping.
Service was awful.
The greenhouse we ate in protected us from the draft and made us feel like it was our own private dining room. The rooftop bar & restaurant was well attended, pretty hopping for this first weekend of summer and everything open since the covid lockdown. The appetizers, tuna tartar, hummus, and fried artichokes were all made differently then we’ve ever had, but amazing flavorful and so delicious. Our entrees were also delicious and plentiful.. fettuccine Alfredo with lobster, pappardelle with bolognaise, and squid ink tagliolini with fresh seafood . Awesome
Short Italian guy who takes orders was really rude. I was real close to blurring my hands on him last night (7:30) Not only was I sitting at the table closest to the entrance/kitchen. He spoke to me with an passive aggressive tone and also he made my date feel uncomfortable. Taking order with BOTH hands on the table shaking the table. Purposely got our order wrong.
I figured he had a long day and I let it go until we noticed how happy he treated the other white customers. Handle hun. I’ll be coming again to see if things change but if not, definitely expect a form of legal action.
The food was good a bit pricey and the shrimp in the Fraser salad were so salty we couldn’t even eat them. The drinks where ok but for $20 I was expecting more they looked liked the had been sitting at the bar for a while and where like watered down , so bad I ended up ordering a juice.
