We had just flown into town and stopped by for a late lunch in between activities. They serve the lunch special until 5pm during the week, which is $10 for a side salad and a personal pizza. I got the pistachio-walnut pesto pizza with Italian sausage, and got the lemon garlic vinaigrette salad dressing. My partner got a pepperoni pizza. EVERYTHING tasted so fresh and made in-house.

Our server explained that this is the only certified “Neapolitan” Italian restaurant in the state of NM. They import many ingredients, wine, and the pizza oven directly from Italy. They make the mozzarella in-house every morning. And you can taste it! It was truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted and I would go back again 100% if I was in the area.
