   We got our food before we got our beverages. Our server barely checked in. French toast was served without syrup then when we received it, it was cold. Bacon was brought out without the rest of the entree then we had to wait at least 20-30 minutes for the entree after the side was brought out... our server never took accountability and the owner pretended to be oblivious. The bartender was the hostess, another server and also running plates to other tables. I won't be back and I'm sure the people I dined with won't either

   Severely understaffed, overpriced and overrated. Arrived on time for our 7:30 Saturday reservation and was seated about 5 or so mins after arriving. The waitress promptly took our order, which we gave in entirety: a cocktail, Pepsi and double shot of D’Usse, cheesesteak beignets for an app, oxtails entree, short ribs and grits entree and a side of collard greens. The DJ was great, but it’s obvious he’s there to pacify the people. You won’t get too frustrated waiting forever for your food if you have some good music flowing. We got our cheesesteak beignets about 40 mins later and our drinks (my cocktail was mediocre) at 9p after asking for them a second time (the bar was backed up said the flustered waitress). We were given no refill of water in the meantime. Our waitress, one of three, was too preoccupied with the other birthday party she was serving. We got our entrees at 9:13!!! Food pic timestamps. My boyfriend’s oxtail WERE COLD and unappetizing. My entree was great, although the meat could have been a little more seasoned (counting on the watermelon sauce). The collard greens never arrived to our table. It took so long for our food to arrive, we completely forgot about them (I just signed my bill). I remembered the next day. After I paid our $202 bill, the owner finally came over and asked us how it was. We responded that our expense wasn’t good, especially with it being his birthday. She tried to appease us with shots of tequila. Mind you, he was drinking D’Usse. Such a bust. Severely understaffed, overpriced and overrated.

   The ambiance and decor of the restaurant is unique and beautifully designed. Our sever was great and explained the menu and gave recommendations. The food came out piping hot and was delicious. I will definitely be making another trip to this place.

   Beautiful establishment, the food had layers of flavor, excellent! Crab Cake Benedict was superb!

   Amazing ambiance, decor and service. Greeted at the door, music great vibes. Food was immaculate, served steaming hot and fresh. The cocktails were top tier. They use real alcohol and actually know how to make a strong drink. I can’t wait to go back to order more stuff.

   The drinks were great — 10/10 — but sadly, that was about it. I came here with high hopes after seeing the reviews and hearing others rave about the restaurant. Our waiter took a very long time to come to our table — so much so that she offered our first drinks complimentary to make up for the delay, which I appreciated. However, she rarely checked back in on us after that. As for the food: my turkey wings were only cooked properly on one side, and my friend's salmon was dry. The mac and cheese was just okay, and the cornbread wasn't hot — it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. I did enjoy the Brussels sprouts, though. Overall, I was highly disappointed and unfortunately, I will not return or recommend this place.

   Truly welcome addition to the neighborhood. Everything about the experience was exceptional: food, service, beverages, decor, ambience. The Cheesesteak Beignets were off the charts.

    I really enjoyed Aminas, my food was delicious only thing I didn’t like was the macaroni and cheese it was yo salty. My cornbread was cold and a little dry. My Turkey wings was very good, and also mu fried cabbage was good also. I order two drinks half and half, and strawberry lemonade they took extremely long to make my juice and bring it to the table. They did take them off the bill.
