Service was great. Waitress was nice and helpful. Food was delicious and such a good value.
Amerigo is our Go To restaurant when we're catching a show at TPAC and want to have a nice dinner beforehand. Service is great, you get your food in a short period of time, and it's delicious and affordable. Would highly recommend!
Tasty food - check.
Good service - check.
Ability to talk to person next to me? - NOPE
They need to invest in some SOUND DAMPENING technology.
Second visit and it's just too darn loud.
Food always excellent as well as wine. But can't hear to talk across small booth when crowded. If music played, couldn't hear. Nothing offered for celebrating anniversary. 😣
Early bird specials 5-6 are a great value. Perfect for a quick dinner before Preds games.
Great place to eat before a show at TPAC. Close but without the hassle of downtown. Food is amazing, they were fast, polite. We ❤️ Amerigo
Every meal I have had at Amerigo has been incredible. I love the Chicken Margeeuerite, but this time I ventured to the Smoked Chicken Ravioli. Oh my goodness...it was AMAZING.
Awesome. Great food. Great service.
We sat at a table in the bar, was a great dinner with fabulous dessert.
This is honestly the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Their Chicken Piccata is out of this world. I went here 2 years ago and just had to go when I was back in Nashville this weekend. I wish they would open one in Detroit, I’d go there weekely!
The waiter brought out the main course before we finished the appetizers. We felt very rushed
Amerigo is a go to place and has been for years.
This trip was very good but one person got the ribeye and it was tough. The rest of us, filets, and were excellent. Expediting could be better as the heat lamps really did a number to the side of angel hair.
Will be back, as always.
The bolognaise was magnificent, which is the benchmark of Italian sauces.
We have not been to Amerigo's in years. Very pleasantly surprised. It was very very good. We will definitely go back more often.
Got there at 5 and were seated immediately. Wasn’t very busy at the time but we got our food and were done eating by 5:30. Great service and food!
There were three of us. We met a 5:30 and were able to order off the early bird menu. The food is always served nicely and the portions are plentiful. Each of us had an appetizer, a main course and a non-alcoholic drink for under $60.00. The atmosphere is always great. Nice view out the window, plenty of room between table and relatively quiet. Excellent place to conduct business or visit with friends.
My new go to Italian spot in town. Quality is excellent and prices are really fair.
Would recommend unless you’re super tiny to steer clear of the booths. Otherwise it’s a bit cramped.
Service was spotty at best. Waitress was flustered and kept forgetting things. They even forgot to bring out one of our entrees. My friend’s veal was extremely over cooked and my pizza was almost inedible due to the amount of salt used. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
The good. Excellent food entree selection. The shrimp bisque quite good. Both our entrees were hot when served after the appropriate delay for starters and conversation. Excellent server in Mark. The prices were reasonable, $$.
The bad...Guys, who taught your pastry chef about tiramisu? Please visit any of the dozens of Italian restaurants on ‘The Hill’ in St Louis to find out what true tiramisu is! Noise levels got a bit high as the restaurant filled but we blame that on the general ‘vacationer’ clientele present that night and the overall casual dining v select dining that has become acceptable.
Went in for dinner after church across the street. Great service and delicious food. Our wine pairing was very good. Everyone was very friendly.
My mother, wife and I had a wonderful experience on Easter Sunday at this remarkable restaurant. We are annual visitors to Nashville area and have been to this eatery for three meals.
My wife and I go to other Amerigo’s OFTEN. We thought we would try the Sunday brunch. We arrived much earlier than our reservation and mentioned that to 2 hostess. There were PLENTY of tables available for 2. After 30 minutes, watching walk-ins being taken to tables and we just happened to ask to see if a table was available. Of course there were tables. We could have been seated the whole time. We had a server and a trainee. Though nice, they were non attentive for LONG periods of time.
Omelettes were slightly over cooked but overall a large portion/great value. Staying with Brentwood location, Italian, NIGHT menu with awesome Ed as my server.
We have eaten here on several occasions. This experience was disappointing. Surrounding table area appeared less than clean. Waitress wasn’t knowledgeable on menu or options.
Really enjoyed the food as always!! Outlet waitress was courteous and helpful. I love this place and will continue to go back!!
Gluten free pasta cabonara was delicious but this is not the place for a quiet leisurely meal.
My friend and I have eaten at Amerigos every Thursday for over 10 years. I even order the same food each week. Love Barb, Teresa and all the other servers.
Loved our dinner and will go back.
Our server Amy was extremely slow and forgetful. Manager was very friendly as was Jackson
Wonderful place to eat for a concert at Bridgestone. Wonderful service to get you out timely.
Date night with my wife.
We've been there and had great food but 5 of 5 plates were fair at best. The server and manager were trying to help and did a great job but it was an off night. We do hope to return in a bit and try again but after a break.
My sister and our spouses met in Nashville for a long weekend. It happened to be March Madness, St. Patrick's Day and spring break. I made reservations on Open Table 45 minutes prior to arriving. The meal was delicious, the service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were very lucky to have found any place in town to get a good meal! I would highly recommend this as an option when visiting Nashville!
We were able to get a last-minute reservation at 6:30 PM on an extremely crowded Saint Patrick’s day weekend in Nashville. The restaurant got very good reviews so we took the chance. We found friendly staff and very good service.
Our table was available close to reservation time and we were seated. We arrived early and grabbed an appetizer at a high table by the bar. They came and got us when the table was ready.
Our food was very good and there was good energy in the restaurant. The white paper roll table coverings gave it a pleasant rustic feel. It had diverse Italian menu selections the prices were fair.
We would definitely go back here. We were a family of four.
Girls trip & we were looking for good Italian. This restaurant was nearby & a good recommendation from the Internet. Setting was lovely, reservations were made over the Internet & easy.
We started the evening with glasses of wine & appetizers of Lobster Bisque & steamed mussels. Mussels were fabulous, but the bisque completely missed the mark...too lemony & overcooked bites of shrimp...hello it’s LOBSTER bisque!!! Very disappointing, but waitress was quick to offer removing it from our bill!! Entrees were very good, but we never got bread for our table nor did our server offer fresh cheese to top our dishes.
Definitely a bit disappointing, but I would certainly give them another try!!!
Pretty good food, crab cake was disgusting but the bread and olive oil they brought to the table made up for it. Fettuccine imperial was dank
Fabulous food, great service, great atmosphere...it's our "go to" place! Amerigo's never lets us down.
Kitchen was slow everything else was fantastic!
We enjoyed a wonderful birthday meal Saturday evening. The food was delicious and came in a timely manner. Very busy and lively. Live it here!
Amerigo’s is an awesome of school Nashville place with great food and a terrific atmosphere
Outstanding food, large portions, and super wait staff. Never get tired of eating there.
1st time, my wife and enjoyed very much, will be back
