    We were seated immediately upon arriving for our reservation. Our server was prompt, kept our drinks filled and our table cleared of used dishes and was very professional in his suggestions and recommendations. Great experience!

    Our server was excellent. She was prompt, efficient, totally non-invasive, and delightfully friendly. She took great care of us. The food was delicious and served hot and fresh! The cocktails were delightful and the house wines are quite palatable. Overall, the ambiance was sophisticated without being stuffy. As always, there has to be one person fairly nearby who speaks at the top of his lungs, but even that did not interfere with a delightful 48th anniversary dinner at one of our all-time favorite restaurants.

    This was an amazing meal. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was absolutely incredible. The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. This will be a must go every time we are in Nashville. Highly and confidently recommend.

    Server was excellent, had noted on reservation special occasion dinner for daughters anniversary and had hoped they offer a dessert or something for the couple but that’s ok. Ordered the Gorgonzola filet that comes with fettuccine Alfredo and green beans. Asked to sub French fries for the green beans. Received French fries and green beans instead of French fries and fettuccine. Worked out fine but was a little disappointed but not enough to send it back. Everything tasted great and had a lovely experience.

    It was a great evening but they didn’t have my reservation… don’t know what happened there. Everything was confirmed and good on this end it seemed. But when I arrived they didn’t have it. Luckily they had a table ready. But I did have special requests and it was unfortunate those got missed.

    They maintain very good quality food at reasonable prices in a comfortable atmosphere. What I did not appreciate this time (first time back in over a year) was being rushed from start to finish. Really disappointing, like eating at a chain restaurant. The waiter wanted our order almost immediately. We ordered drinks, salads, main course. Main course arrived less than five minutes into our salads. Waiter kept coming by to ask if we wanted to eat the rest of our salads. He pushed the dessert menu on us while we were still eating dinner. Twice!!! We did not overstay our welcome (we’re heading to symphony). Easily a third of the tables were empty, so why shove us along from start to finish? I hope this was a fluke, as I’d always liked this place.

    Parking is free. Grilled salmon is amazing on top of the delicious black bean and corn mixture. Jasmine is a very pleasant and efficient waiter.

    Had a reservation for 5:45pm, restaurant about 10% full. They took us to the window table row and though only 2 of 10 window tables were occupied wanted us to sit where a wall blocked the view. We asked to take an open table with a view and from that point on got attitude from the hostess and our server. Food was mediocre, Americanized Italian. Would not go back or recommend to anyone but Olive Garden fans!

    Waitress was friendly and quick service- we were in and out in 30 mins… Caesar salad was full of brownish lettuce. Crab tortellini had good flavor but the “crab” sprinkled on top was gross. Daughter had the fettuccini imperial and it had zero flavor. We both ate mine. Average food but overall a risky choice.

    Entrées and starters were incredible! However the desserts and cocktails were disappointing. I still can't believe we paid $12-15 for cocktail (all different) that tasted like pickle juice!

    Food not good. Tasted very commercial and food came out like 10 minutes after we ordered it. From time we sat down until finished was 40 minutes. Salad was wilted.

    My partner and I are new to Nashville and booked a reservation here for a celebratory dinner so we had high hopes for the occasion. Needless to say, this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff was kind, our server was outstanding, and the food was excellent! We absolutely loved it. Honestly, we weren’t sure what to expect with the Italian food scene here, but Amerigo definitely set the bar and we will absolutely be back!

    I was very disappointed. The service was beyond slow. The carbonara was a plate of cheese and oil. The meat was only the fat pieces.
