    Amerigo CoolSprings cuisine, as always, was awesome! We shared the cannelloni and Portabella Mushroom Salad and they were both magnificent! The cook staff automatically plated everything into two separate plates for us! The host team was lovely and Jasmine, our server was also lovely!! You simply can't go wrong eating at this gem of a restaurant!

    I had the Chicken Piccata which was outstanding as usual. It a very generous portion so I have dinner for tonight as well. Great restaurant!

    We had a reservation and I specified that it was a birthday celebration. The hostess was rude! He initially sat us at a corner table and then came back saying we needed to move. He put us at a large round table in the center of the restaurant despite  smaller available tables. There is nothing intimate or enjoyable about 3 people at a large round table that seats 5-6 people in the middle of the restaurant. The corner table that he moved us from remained empty the entire time, so why?? I asked for other options and we moved to a booth which was better, but by this time we were all aggravated. Our waitress was good and the food was good, but overall our experience was disappointing.

    Mixed green salad very good with gorgonzola balsamic dressing. The veal in the veal piccata was tough. Service very good. They could not accommodate our request for a booth and we had to yell at each other to be heard due to the noise level in the middle of the restaurant. That's why we always ask for a booth. Love the restaurant but this was not our best night

    The service was great we had a 7:15 RAVP and got there at 7:00pm we weee seated immediately, our waitress was very welcoming and answered any questions we had! We will definitely go back!!

    We love Amerigo’s! The food is delicious and fresh! The ambiance is so nice and we can hear each other talk! From the salads to the pasta to the fish you can’t go wrong! It’s all so good! There is something for everyone. And the service is always very efficient and so kind.

    Amerigos is our go to when it’s too late to cook and it doesn’t disappoint. A crisp, fresh Caesar salad was our delish starter; the veal piccata (few restaurants offer veal) and mussels were also quite praiseworthy. Elevating a week night dinner to a great dining experience was Zack, our exceptional server. Warm and personable, he is a true pro who paced the dinner well; we were neither rushed nor forgotten. We look forward to our next visit and trying the myriad of other unique offerings.

    Salads had to be sent back--limp. Two half cherry tomatoes and two mozzarella balls in my tomato and mozzarella salad. Blackened scallops were blackened beyond recognition, and the fettuccini was dry and yellow.xit was my birthday.

    I signed up and notified the host & server it was my Birthday - and got good treatment but was surprised that, like other restaurants, there was nothing complimentary - no dessert, or appetizer...but I still had a wonderful meal and it was awesome! that little bit extra for a b'day goes a long way...

    Everything was great, as usual. It is particularly nice to NOT have loud music blaring while you eat. Many other restaurants keep their "background" music so loud that it is simply irritaating.

    Amerigo never disappoints! The Old fashioners are amazing and the food is always perfecto! Service, whether at the bar or at a table, is prompt and courteous! When we visit Brentwood/Franklin Tennessee, we always eat at Amerigo Cool Springs at least twice! The Pasta Bolognese, Chicken Tuscany, Chicken Marsala, the Filet, the Porkchop, the Salmon plank, the Flame-grilled Apples and Arugula Salad with Salmon are just a few of the delicious entrees we enjoy.

    It was pretty good. Waitress was not super friendly. The bread was very heavy and chewy. Our dinners - salmon, lasagna, and fettuccine - were alright. The dessert (brownie with ice cream) was very large and delicious.

    I teally like zjasmine snf it wss our first brunch. Ctan benifict was great, as were cheese grits. Asparagus was stingy snd coldy. Mimoda was nice with the pulp.

    Consistently really really good, and impeccable service. Although I would not recommend the ribeye (more of a New York strip, less marbled and less tender than a typical ribeye, even a choice-grade), everything else the rest of our group had was fantastic and our server was great. They didn’t have it on this visit, but a Blackened Mahi Mahi special that I frequently order is phenomenal.

    We made a reservation and marked it a special occasion however they put us in an overflow dining area isolated from the actual atmosphere of the restaurant. We asked to be relocated and after we were the same waitress that had brought us water ignored us for 10 minutes. I had two ask if a server had been assigned to us and the manager just said yes she'd be over in a minute and walked off instead of asking if he could assist in her absence. When she did arrive she was rude and inattentive. After waiting 10 minutes for her to come to the table, she walked up and without apologizing abruptly asked if we were ready to order. The bread we were served was dry like it had been in a warming drawer, the server brought bread plates after we were finished eating it, and only set them in a stack at the edge of the table. She did the same with the appetizer plates expecting us to hand them out to each other. She never offered drink refills. The special I ordered (roasted peach pizza) was overpowered by garlic and the peaches were hard and unripe. I didn't even eat it. The crab cake appetizer was good, but everyone else's food was very average, especially for the price. We won't be back.

    Not very attentive wait staff who kept forgetting parts of what we asked for - a beer for my husband took 3 tries. Salad was pretty prompt but entrees took a long time. My husband's lasagna was way too hot and everyone else's food was just almost warm enough.

    Amerigo’s has been a favorite restaurant for years. Because the food & service is always consistently excellent, I’m often surprised that the restaurant is not packed with people waiting in line to be seated. Recently, we enjoyed some new dishes on the “Seasonal “ menu.
