    Food and drinks were excellent. Menu is limited with respect to entrees but sandwiches, burgers, pizza, salads are options. More of an expensive lunch place than someplace for dinner- based on the menu. Prices & ambiance were appropriate for dinner. Waitstaff seemed over burdened which delayed service but we sat on the patio and it was a beautiful afternoon.

    Our waitress outdoors was disemgaged from the start. Left us for a long time without taking our order. Seemed angry from the moment she came to our table. Had to get anothrt waitress to get her to bring our check. We were there for 2 hrs with her not checking in. Waitress inside the bar was great

    We very much enjoyed our time at Americus as it was our first time there. We enjoyed all aspects of our dinner and would definitely consider returning. Thanks. The food and the wine was great. Also love suggested pairings on the menu.

    This is my second time dining at this establishment. The first time was not terrible but not great either so I decided to give them a second chance. It was so much worse. My friend and I had taken the watercolor class offered at the winery and decided to make reservations for dinner after the event. We both ordered the steak frites and both meals were ice cold and not cooked the way we ordered them. They told us there was a large party that night so the kitchen was busy. They remade our meals which took forever so by the time we finished eating we were the only people in the restaurant and they were practically sweeping up under us. Ugh. La Belle you have beautiful facilities but your food is just awful - please stop trying to make it fancy with ingredients that don't belong on the plate together and maybe then the chef will be able to focus on food that is hot and high quality. As for this girl - not going for strike three.

    We have been to this restaurant a few times. Our reservation was at 7:30. I would not choose that time again. There was only a handful of customers remaining and instantly we felt they were closing up for the night. Our waitress was attentive but made one altering mistake, she asked us what we would like to drink and looked at her watch and said I know you just sat down but did you get a chance to look at the menu I should put your order in. 😒 it just sent the tone for a disappointing night. While we were waiting for our food the staff was busy cleaning up and getting ready to close. Unfortunately we did have to send my husbands steak back it was raw and for $60 we couldn’t let it slide. I felt foolish eating without him so my food went cold and we ended up packing most of the food up Togo. I am hoping this was just an off night their menu is enticing and the atmosphere is outstanding. I hope to return but I think it’s going to take some strong convincing to bring my husband back.

    We had an outstanding dinner seated on the outdoor patio. Our server Taylor was attentive and we enjoyed a leisurely early Sunday night dinner. The four of us each ordered entrees which included the salmon, tuna, and steak frites dinners. All outstanding. We will definitely be going to Americus again.     Overall an excellent dinner and our server was attentive however bar service was EXTREMELY slow and allowing the servers to pour the wine would significantly improve the speed. Difficult when you have to wait 20-25 mins for a glass of wine when eating at a winery’s restaurant.

    Had the pork belly lettuce wrap appetizer which was amazing. For dinner I had the chicken cutlet, new to the menu, more than delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and all food and drinks were delivered in a timely manner. Could use a few more gluten free items.

    The ambiance is nice and the music is great. Our appetizers were delicious, but our entrees came out cold. The service was very slow and clearly our food sat for a long time before being brought to our table. My husband is very easy going with things, but even he was disappointed and didn’t end up eating his meal. We let our waitress know and she seemed genuinely sorry about it, but we got a “oh, I’m sorry, and that was it. We’ve given the Derry location a few tries now and it’s seems like it’s hit or miss. If you decide to go, be prepared to wait for service while you’re seated, and your food may be cold.

    we loved the size and look of Americus, however the food temperature was cool. It would have been delicious if it was served hot. Waiter forgot to bring bread, we had to ask. The dining room was loud and hard to hear our conversation.We should have sat at the bar where service was quick and much quieter. We will return at some point, hopefully it will be a better experience. It was our first visit

    We visited Americus at 5pm on a Friday evening, the ambience is wonderful modern but rich warm decor with bright open windows. The noise level was minimal which was a plus for our hearing impaired friends. Server was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to be of service.

    This was my first time at Americus and I will definitely be back again! The ambiance inside was classy but casual. We sat outside on the patio which was very lovely to be able to look over the little pond and and beautiful landscaping. The drinks and food were also absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the summer sangria before it goes out of season.

    We sat outside for a late dinner. We didn’t realize they allow dogs on the patio and the table next to use let their dog bark and bark and bark… which wasn’t super enjoyable. But our appetizers were good and our waiter was very nice! Our dinners didn’t come out very hot (sort of luke warm-ish) but did taste good. We’ve been a few times now and had a great experience sometimes and not so great others. We’ll give this restaurant one more try.

    This place was a disappointment overall. The waitress did not know her wine nor had any suggestions. Food was mediocre for the price. We were a group of 6, I had ordered the cod, which was not fresh. The pizza (Mexican corn) was burnt at best, pasta dishes were ok but not worth the money. The best dish was their bread😃. I have been to Amherst branch and they were fantastic, in food, service, ambiance etc, this location was overall utter disappointment.

    From the moment we drove into the vineyard we were very impressed with the pretty setting. The Americus restaurant didn't disappoint, the ambiance was equally as impressive as the grounds it is set within. The restaurant is lovely, the hostess was warm and welcoming and very personable as she walked us out to the patio. Our waiter, Troy was accommodating throughout the evening as well as helpful with wine and food recommendations and we never felt rushed. Chef prepared some interesting dishes and everyone enjoyed the food. My only comments would be that the table was a little tight for four people, once the cheese board, apps and drinks were set there was little room for dishes and glasses and we were left holding the menus on our laps. Also, mosquitto repellant devices would be a great addition, it got pretty nasty when evening set in. As a whole we had a wonderful evening at your restaurant and we thank you!

    Lovely meal outdoors on a beautiful evening. Bottle of white wine (can’t remember name, but it was dry with hints of citrus!) and mellow music from guitarist. We were not rushed and had time just to enjoy the ambiance. I asked our server if outdoor heaters would be used so outdoor dining could continue in the fall and he said that dining would just move indoors. We would prefer to dine outside as long as possible!

    Lovely time having dinner prior to the comedy show. Waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. Easy walk inside to the venue. We will be back.
