Really good food at a reasonable price. Chef imparts flavors from a region of North end or South America.
Casual nice atmosphere w very nice outdoor seating.
A Lake Country go to place.
The menu looked fantastic. There were easily 5+ items that caught my eye. Before we even ate, I told my wife that we will be coming back because there are too many things I need to try.
The service was excellent. Our server was attentive, provided input when asked and was knowledgeable about the menu.
To start off, the bread and accompanying herb spread were excellent! We had the special, steak tacos, and they were everything I'd hoped they would be. The taco sauce was fantastic as well. To top it all off, the Tres Leches cake didn't let us down!
I highly recommend Americas!
Fantastic food and flavors. Really enjoyed the fresh flavors.
Nice evening at America’s. Tables spaced out. Food was great.
Food overall with the 3 of us each having different entres. My salmon was dried out (below average). Steak was OK, and Pork dish was above average.
Service at end of meal very slow. Perhaps due to reopening pains.
Wonderful dinner and ambiance....plenty of outdoor seating: open air inside, porch and patio seating available...along with fire pit seating. Will definitely be back!
The service was great! The food from when it first open was not as great.
It was a awesome first night out from this horrible virus. Food was awesome we all loved it. The price is just a little high to me because we eat out a lot. The size of a couple of dishes were just a little small, but we will tell everyone we know how good it was. I am a First Weber agent I will buy a gift card for my next closing from you too. JimOlson
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit . Food was excellent and service was outstanding. We will definitely return.
We were told there is no way to split our check. That was frustrating. Our group discussed this and we won’t go back. We feel that if you want our business you should be willing to accommodate a split check.
Great food. Need more wait staff they were excellent but had too many tables. New restaurant. I expect they will work out kinks.
Americas is another success for Chef Feckler. The me and nu is amazing and presentation is appealing. The staff is attentive and very helpful. This is becoming our go-to restaurant in Lake country.
We got together with some friends at Americas this past Thursday for a casual dinner. The food was prompt and delicious and our server Kathy was fantastic! My only complaint is that the high top tables are just a tad too small for dinner dining, I was consistently bashing knees with my husband and friend. Everything else was great though!
Amazing food!!!!
The decor might be trendy for some people. Knowing the history of the building, the remodel doesn’t do it justice. We ordered the chicken fajitas, short rib tacos and the salmon. Although the sauce was tasty the food was dry. Not worth the price paid. Probably won’t go back again
The salmon was some of the best I’ve ever eaten and it was wild-caught from Alaska, whic is a big, big plus in my book; however, the accompaniments were sub par. Some sort of rice cake or polenta cake was hard and totally tasteless and the roasted vegetables were medium diced “unknowns” and overly flavored with what I think was a soy sauce based seasoning. (I honestly do not know that the vegetables were.). My husband thought his shrimp enchiladas were just average. This restaurant hasn’t been open long, so I would still recommend it. Chef Fekker is too good a chef not to tweak the menu and make improvements, so we will go again in a few months.
We love Zesti’s and Il Mito and had high hopes for Americas. The experience was disappointing. The wait staff forgot a drink order and wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu. We could’ve excused that if the food was good. The empanada appetizer was bland and tasted like frozen TV dinner. The chips and guacamole was good. The four entrees, 2 Salmon, 1 shrimp enchilada, and 1 chicken fajitas were all marginal at best. The dessert was fair. We ordered a nice bottle of wine that helped wash the poor food down. Probably our first and last visit.
Chef Feker's newest restaurant. Love it! Every dish I've had has been excellent.
Great dinner, flavors were robust and fun
The food was wonderful, best tenderloin and scallops my wife and I have ever had, the dessert (beaver tail) was fun and very good -- The server was engaged and great -- the owner was friendly and considerate. All-in-all, we will be back many times to come
Loved the Brazilian salad. Very good strip steak. Looks like it will be fun in summer
We would try this place again. The food was flavorful and tasty and there was enough of a creative selection for a small menu without deviating too far from the expected. Excited to see what the chef comes up with for specials once they have had some time to establish the existing menu. Definitely a curious approach to glass wine pours. Having a constantly rotating selection could be a double edged sword that didn’t leave anyone at my table with the greatest impression... perhaps this is a “cocktail place” instead. I was not a fan of the ambiance; I’d call it sort of a steam punk crossed with coal mining type design. It felt really cramped with the draped lighting choices and painted walls/ceiling, and then the tables were really small and on top of each other. Overall I would give this place another shot, probably on a weeknight... I’d hesitate to put this on my weekend hit list as the restaurant game in lake country continues to grow! Grateful to have something different and interesting, though!
Service was outstanding, food was great, tad overpriced though. I’d definitely go back and try again!!
We celebrated a family member with dinner on a Saturday. The food was really great. The service was very good as well. We all felt that this is a good recommendation for a restaurant in this area.
We were not greeted properly at all. We wanted to sit at standard table but were told it wasn’t available because we were only a party of four and it was a table for six. We asked if the host could check with the manager. He came back and said go ahead and be seated. The manager came out and yelled at us and told us it’s her only large table. This was at 8:00PM. We sat at the table anyway and were treated extremely well by the server. She redeemed the restaurant’s poor start. We asked her to buy us our first round when she present the check and was able to make that happen. We may go back in the future as a result.
This was a girls’ lunch, and we all agreed that it was great food and service. We loved the appetizers, sandwiches, and cocktails. I can’t wait to try the dinner menu. Our server doted on us. I hope that everything stays this great as word spreads and they get more crowded.
7:30 reservation on Saturday. 15 minutes to get a waiter. 20 more minutes to receive our drinks. Place was busy and food very good so will try again come summer hoping manager can get service straightened out.
Had an excellent lunch here and can’t wait to try the dinner menu based on our experience! As fans of Zesti it met our expectations well.
Food is fabulous, Michael Feker’s attention to detail is great and staff is wonderful
the drink menu was very summery, I was hoping for a good winter special. Food options were allot of cheesy fried items...was hoping for fresher items. Will try back in the summer as the ambiance looks good for summer
Lively atmosphere on a Saturday evening. It was our first visit to Americas and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Many interesting choices throughout the menu. The beet salad was super fresh. The empanada appetizer is a must have. My wife had the filet and I had the New York strip. The seasoning and preparation were unconventional and outstanding. Not just your basic fare. A refreshing approach to dining. Loved it. Oh yes, the flan and berries was the perfect ending. We’ll definitely be going back.
Great new restaurant in downtown Delafield. The food was excellent.
Loved the food.... Outstanding and diverse menu... I’ll be back for sure
Second time at America's . Had lunch right after it opened it was very good. Dinner the second time a group of four every one was very pleased with the service and the quality of the food! We will be back!!!!!!
It was my wife’s birthday, she’s a vegetarian and unfortunately there were few options for here; the salad she ordered was not as expected. The special cocktail list was also a little plebeian.
field. Michael has exceeded the mark once again! Thank you for a great dining experience!
Great food and excellent service just like all Chef Fekker's restaurants. Can't wait to go back when we can sit outside!
Great new place in Delafield. Many food choices. We have 4 in our party and all had different menu items and all were great! It is a warm and cozy atmosphere with vert attentive and great staff. The chef, Michael Fecker even came over to introduce himself and made sure our food and service was good. Will definitely go back.
Very good food we felt a bit cramped and the waitresses kept running into my chair in the aisle
Food, ambiance, service all really good. You have to dine there to understand the Chefs concept of bringing tastes from different regions of North and South America. Well done
