Service, while friendly, was poor throughout the evening. Lag time between service of drinks at the table (one person was served and the other three were not), appetizer and dinner courses came out at the same time, waiter could not distinguish which burger was which, dessert that came with the meal was forgotten until we asked about it, no utensils until we asked about them, and then no water brought when requested. Could not recommend when there are so many burger places/bars opening up that have it together!

Wonderful service, great atmosphere, delicious food. Burgers were terrific and fries were delectable. Loved the pretzels and beer cheese, and fresh guacamole appetizers.

The food was great except that my I requested my burger to be no pink but it was very pink. Otherwise, i will definitely go again.

Nothing special, the burger wasn't seasoned so not much flavor. Certainly wasn't worth $12 or $13. I can get a better burger at home for cheaper. The fries were better but again, could have been more flavorful.

Slow to be seated, no host/hostess was at the front (which was really the middle of the restaurant). Service was slow. Fries would have been great if they were hot. Overall... not too impressed. Burger was good, albeit the bun, even though it was toasted, was cold.

I was very excited to bring my husband here and really thought he would enjoy it. The slow service though made it much less enjoyable. Since our food took so long to arrive (30 mins) we had to rush through eating it to make our performance. It was very disappointing.

The burgers were so-so. The fries were just ok; there were sprigs of rosemary on my plate, along with the French fries. But I tasted garlic at all. They were labeled rosemary/garlic fries!
For the cost, I would have to say...unimpressive.

Wasn’t sure where to eat before seeing a Reds game. The name caught my attention and the pictures of the food looked outstanding. So glad we stopped by to experience it. Couldn’t think of a complaint on the service. Have told many friends about the beer menu. Will be stopping by again in the future.

The AC was out and it was crazy hot inside. The beer list consisted of almost everything being out. The burgers were very good and the server was decent.

Went here for Mother’s Day. The food was incredible. I had the poutine and the Early Bird burger. Both were amazing!! It was the first time here for everyone in the party and we would all come back.

Service staff was super friendly and got us anything we needed.

The only downside was that it does get loud in there when the place is crowded, but that wouldn’t stop me from coming back.

Was very impressed with Americano. Our server was amazing. She provided great recommendations, was very timely and incredibly polite. The food was amazing. Tons of flavor and all delicious. The fresh cut french fries were great as well. If you are looking for great burgers or sandwiches and a beverage in Downtown Cincy, this should be your stop.

Stayed in downtown Cincinnati for the night and needed a casual place to eat. Americano was perfect. The burgers are gourmet and the beer options were plentiful and cold.

My high school kids were with us and had a ball with the shuffleboard table. If I’d let them, they may have shut the place down. Great place.

I made a "Priority Seating" reservation on Open Table for lunch for a group of six people. When we arrived at Americano, it was very busy - hence the "reservation" made. I understand how priority seating works, but the manager came out and said he absolutely could not accommodate us or acknowledge that we had used Open Table to request priority seating. He claimed he did not have our notification and it wasn't his fault. My group was quite disappointed but it was poorly handled.

Food was great, but it appeared they were short on servers. Appetizer showed up after burgers were served. My husband's sandwich was incorrectly served. The burgers were tasty and the garlic rosemary fries were great. Not sure we'd give them a 2nd chance

This was a work lunch before a downtown meeting for a party of 13 total. We had 6 and 7 at different tables. Most had not been to Americano. Food was great and everyone liked it. However, our server named Corbin made our experience even better! Friendly, efficient, and funny ! We will be back.

Thursday night. We had reservations for four. Walked into a half-filled restaurant. We were seated at a huge table that covered their foosball table. With the loud noise in the restaurant we would not be able to talk across the expanse of the table. We asked for a smaller table and was seated at a small table about 8 minutes later. The burgers were good, the fries were soggy. The beer selection was great. Glad to see them promoting local/regional brewers. We had theatre tickets and were able to get fast service to meet our timing. Our waitress was pleasant and accommodating. The manager did come by to see if our food was satisfactory.

We were driving from Indianapolis to Cincinnati to catch the touring company of a show at the Aronoff. I really didn't like that you only had two options of how the meat could be cooked for the prices - either medrare to med or medwell to well, which made me nervous to order a burger (and there wasn't much else). I got the one chicken sandwich option which tasted rubbery and undercooked, and was awkward to chew. My husband liked his food so that's the extra star.

Service was slow at times but the waitress was very nice.

Nice place...good choice of burgers. Asked for "medium" and it was more "well done", but still a good burger. I liked the Cajun fries too, but they were a bit on the soggy side. Overall I liked the place and will go back.

Many interesting beers. Burgers and fries are delicious. Soft pretzel is great but the beer cheese is so grainy it's essentially inedible.

My husband and I shared the beer cheese appetizer, the porkopolis burger, and the garlic rosemary fries. They were all fine...not bad, but nothing stood out as being spectacular. I would say it was worth what we paid for it ($25) and we felt full after!

Love the burgers and fries. The clam chowder is outstanding. The sangria packs a great punch. Lots of craft beers. Skip the side salad-it’s basically just lettuce.

Let’s start off with the positives:
The restaurant itself is lovely and has a nice feel. Pretty trendy, hipster-y, and a great place for a group get together.
The service was great. We had a large group and all of us were very well taken of.
The negatives:
The menu.
The vanilla milkshake was delicious, but the poutine was pretty gross. If there were cheese curds on there, I totally missed them. The gravy was more of a breakfast-type bacon (and really peppery) gravy. The fries were decent, but the pulled pork on top was just confusing.
Anyway, the place is really nice and the staff is great, but I just did not care for the food.
