My family celebrated a birthday brunch today and had an experience at AKB. The service was excellent. Reservation was seamless via OpenTable. The overall presentation was also very nice, and the quality of the food was top-notch. Whether it’s the benedicts or the hibiscus tea, or mimosa - everything celebrated their attention to detail. We tried the traditional Egg Benedict, Mediterranean, Frittata, Salmon Benedict, and an assortment of beverages. Everything was prepared to perfection. You can’t go wrong with this place. Highly recommended.

Had Thanksgiving buffet. Food was very good but there was no apple pie left. Our reservation was @ 3:30 so it wasn’t late. Other than that, we were happy with our dinner.

I am reviewing the Thanksgiving buffet. Food was delicious and plentiful. My only complaint is that by 5 pm when we visited the dessert end of the buffet it was almost completely depleted and not replenished.

The Thanksgiving Buffet at AKB was terrific! A bountiful feast; so many choices, all delicious. Nice variety of desserts, all luscious. We really appreciated that there were servers on the buffet line so that everything was nicely portioned (I tend to go overboard at buffets ;) ) and sanitary. The service was perfect, staff was very nice & cheerful. Overall, a really nice experience at our go-to for special occasions.

The food was good and the people were nice. However, when I made the reservation I asked for a window table. I was not given a window table and was told it was because they were reserved for larger parties and we were a party of two. I saw two window tables with only two people and I saw two empty window tables. I can send pictures if you would like. My server told me that the envelope contained a $25 voucher but it contained a $10 voucher. She said she misspoke. When I asked which people got the $25 voucher she said her boss actually misspoke and all of the vouchers were for $10.

We went for the Sunday Jazz brunch til 3. Which said it would be live jazz music. As we were sitting and eating the music didn’t start til around 2 but I could here it but not see the live performance. I asked the waitress where is the live music and she pointed to the other side of the restaurant, an area out of sight. I said I thought we’d be able to see the performance from where we were seated “a jazz brunch”. Apparently they just seat you anywhere. The waitress wasn’t great, she barely checked up on us and disappeared when it was time for the check. Then another server came to let us pay but then she disappeared too. So I had to find another worker finally pay for my meal. The place itself is nice and the brunch was decent but the service could definitely step it up !

The 3-course Sunday brunch with live jazz is a really good deal. I recommend the create your own omelet, always delicious and quite ample. Delicious breads, pastries, fruit as the appetizer also very good. Excellent jazz by the Keith Franklin Jazz group!

As always, our lunch experience was exceptional. Our server miss Shea was a delight. Our food was delicious as I had the smoked tomato soup and hot lobster roll. My wife had the chicken bone broth and the hot lobster roll.

We arrived ahead of the lunch rush to a quieter environment. The place is huge and there is a very large covered patio for warmer months. Enjoyed the slightly elevated (above average but no need to break out Google for unfamiliar terms…lol) American menu items. We had a chocolate croissant, poached eggs Florentine, forest omelet and Irish sausage. Everything was fresh, well prepared and well presented. I also appreciate the variety on the menu which makes it more family friendly for many. Our server was also fun. A nice treat.

Never a disappointment here. Service is outstanding. If you’re tech literate you can handle all ordering and payment from your phone and not worry about getting the servers attention. Food is truly excellent and it comes very fast when you order through the website. So fast you don’t want order your main until you finish your appetizer.

I was there on Sunday for the brunch . Had pancakes with scrambled eggs and apple sausage. I did not like the sausage and the eggs did not have smh taste. The only think I ate was the pancakes. Also, I should have been able to select an omelette instead of scrambled eggs. ,

This was our first dinner at the Americana Kitchen and Bar. Our party of 4 enjoyed all of our entrée selections, which were Baked Halibut, Shrimp Buccatini, and Crispy Fried Haddock. We also had a Beet Salad and dessert. We were not rushed and spent around 2 hours at our table.

Grea service, music was nice and not too loud. Food was a bit on the salty side, the burger bun and the poke bowl. The whole place felt new. Hand driers were way too loud and uncomfortable to use. I am short so the left over water in the sink sprayed all over me and my face while using the hand dryer. We will return for sure, but will make different food choices next time. A plus was the accommodation for my child by making some side dishes to combine to make her meal. Can't be more grateful for that help.

We have not been here in years and we were so surprised at how good it was. The service was good. The good was excellent. The bread was wonderful and the decaf coffee was superb. We are coming back with friends at the end of the month.

At first we were curious about what to expect when learning that Sunday morning offered a prefix brunch menu only. Also it had been over a year since our last time at Americana. We were a group of 10 and were celebrating a special occasion. We were pleasantly surprised! First it worked out perfect that the restaurant offered the ability to reserve a table in the am hours. We have been to this venue many times over many years although it has been some time since our last visit. Upon arrival we quickly noticed the parking lot and the interior and exterior of the building were renovated. Upscale state of the art finishes but yet not intimidating - great vibe. Nice work! Great experience from the time we arrived and were greeted by the hostess to the time we checked out tables side. Staff were well presented, customer friendly and professional. Our waitress was outstanding and the support staff were equally good ultimately providing great service. The menu selection was great - a broad selection with many preparation options (VG, GF, etc) and add-on options. I was even able to get a loaf of my favorite artisan bread in the special packaging which is not normally offered as an option at the brunch - thanks to our waitress. Our food was delivered in a unique manner by a line of waitstaff holding multilevel trays - nice touch! The food presentation, portion and taste was outstanding. Congrats to those responsible for design and build of the facility, the menu, food prep, training and service. No doubt upscale but again not intimidating yet very unique for this region of NJ. At the end, our visit felt more like an experience as opposed to just another meal out! Was so impressed, I wish I took pictures. I highly recommend an my self and my family will definitely be back. And btw - kid friendly! Our party included a 8mo, 3 and 5 year old. :) All the best!
