   4 of us dined. One main course sent back due to hair in food. Sent back and a new one arrived only to find dark long hair in that too. Obviously put the diner right off eating anything else. The manager did come and apologise and offered the rest of our meals and drinks on the house, fair enough, but I couldn’t recommend dining here and unfortunately will not be returning .

   It was a very nice experience at Americana. The plates were so tasty and the service was wonderful. The price are a little but high for some plates but definitely worth to go. We were more than happy to get there. We recommend heavily.

   Ate here on Tuesday afternoon. The food was really delicious and a perfect size portion. Service was fantastic. Would definitely return.

   We arrived at the correct time, only to be told that the kitchen had closed and that only drinks were available. This should have been made obvious at the time of booking. Maybe there was some small print that I didn't see, but it should have been clear that food was not available.

   We were sitting near the back and every time the front door opened there was a real cold breeze. Maybe that could be fixed with furniture repositioned inside. A second door would work too.

   Nice surroundings and comfortable seating. We just stayed for one drink after the cinema downstairs. We asked for a cocktail we just had in The Stella to be made but they were unable to do this for us, we could only have what was in their menu so I had a G&T instead. Service was alright nothing stunning.

   Staff were friendly and helpful. Service and food was good. Prawn tacos was lovely but quite a small portion for the price.

    the food was bad; not good value for money. The cocktails were the same - not a good value for money.
