Farewell lunch for a coworker was very enjoyable. We were well attended to and appreciated the surprise ice cream sundae finale.
Had a great time to watch the super bowl! Only suggestion: 4 our 5 of my party were vegetarian, and we didn't find that many options for us. Besides that we had a great experience!
Went for quizo. I like the fire place
Nice Place to Dine and have some good conversations
Very good food with a warm atmosphere and a few TVs so we could watch the football game.
Horrible Sunday buffet. Cold carving station food, lumpy cold gravy, stale salad, literally hard cinnamon rolls. Will never go back.
In the past I've had good experiences at ATR. However this most recent time, a group of us went for a business lunch. We arrived a little after 12pm and were seated promptly. We ordered by 12:20 and our appetizers came out quickly by 12:30. But our lunch entrees didn't arrive until after 1pm! There were other tables that ordered after us which got their food before us, including both smaller and larger parties. They did take 25% off the bill, but that's not very helpful since most of us needed to be back for a 1pm meeting. They apologized, but never explained what had happened, even when asked. I won't be doing anymore business lunches here.
Tried giving ATR another try and was disappointed. We came in after the parade and although seated quickly, nobody came to our table for 15 minutes. When the server did, she acted like we were a bother and putting her out. Ordered the calamari as an appetizer, it came out Luke warm. Ordered 3 burgers, 2 at medium and 1 at med rare. The end rare one and one of the medium ones were both well done while the third was ok. Overall, disappointed all around and will choose other dining options in the future. The ONLY great part was the fireplace for ambiance.
Bad, disinterested service/servers... food with no finesse. Orders were timed poorly, wrong, missing condiments etc.
Enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Found it comfortable and easy to have and enjoy conversations.
We met our son, DIL and grandson there for lunch. The staff was very accommodating and since we had a baby they placed us in an out-of-the way, quiet corner table and provided a very clean high chair. Roberto was our waiter, and he met every need with a smile and a great attitude. He was a genuinely nice guy and very attentive. We ate from the bar menu, fried dill pickles (scrumptious) as an appetizer, and had burgers and club sandwiches with fries. Everything was DE-licious and well prepared and presented. Along with two beers and a lemonade, the bill came to 90 bucks minus tip, so ATR is a bit pricey, but I felt it was worth it. ATR has a very impressive brunch buffet also, which our grandson enjoyed at no cost. We really enjoyed our two hours there.
Three & a half stars! Surprisingly it tastes very good, besides variety of beer selection! Like it & would recommend it!
Tap Tap Shrimp
Buffalo Wing
Tuna Salad
Jambalaya
Crab Cake
I really love their new brunch. It has a great variety of food and the omelette bar is fantastic.
Never going back. Place was virtually empty. Service was terrible. Salad came without dressing and it took asking twice to get some. Dinner was served cold. We weren’t compensated for any of the issues. Birthday dessert came but candles were unavailable. Ugh. Expensive disappointment.
From the time you walk in you are treated well. The food is good and it is a fun atmosphere.
horrible service. We had to go get our own silver ware. we asked multiple times for condiments and they never were brought to us.
I was very disappointed in the new menu and the quality of the food for the price. This was one of our go-to places in RTC, but we probably won't be going back. The service was poor and slow, which was surprising since it wasn't crowded. Wine selection was very limited and the food just wasn't very good. It's a shame.
Food was delicious. Service was very slow. I’m not sure if it was because of understaffing. Seemed that our server was a little overwhelmed.
Good food and service in upscale, urban setting Ample nearby parking
Great all yours can eat Sunday brunch. Good food and variety. Prompt service.
Our server was good and the flank steak meal was a great quality. The burger was ok, the ribeye was good, and the steak poutine was mediocre at best. A good poutine would not be served with still cold cheese curds. The curds should be gooey and soft. Dessert was also lackluster. We had both the brownie Sunday (decent and hard to ness up) and the bread pudding (flavorless and blah).
The other problem we had was the way the tables were seated. We were put in a corner booth and then, rather than spread people out as they came in, subsequent tables were seated directly adjacent on both sides.
That would have been fine had the other corner booth party not been incredibly loud. We couldn’t hear our party speaking over the 2 men at the other table. We might as well have been seated together. I now know about the urinals in one office, how well one of the wives cooks and so much more that I might not have heard had the staff not seated both corner booths when there were other booths available.
I would urge you to only seat one corner booth or the other unless you are down to your absolute last open table as acoustically they seem more like one table.
Overall, the value just wasn’t there and we are not likely to return.
Food was very bland, especially the burger. It had no flavor and was over cooked. The staff was nice about correcting the issue though.
Sat outside for a late (8pm) dinner. Food was just ok. Service was terrible and there were very few tables at that time of night on a Tuesday, so I can't even blame the poor service on the fact that they were busy -- because they weren't. First we couldn't get anyone to bring us silverware, then I ordered a drink that never came, and when my dinner did arrive my twice baked potatoe was not cooked once, let alone twice! Dinner was expensive and not worth the price.
Went here for brunch, made an open table reservation and was seated immediately. We had our service dog with us and we got sat in this really cute table with red lounge chairs. Very comfy for my back :)
Mimosa- basic mimosa
Chicken and waffles- wii regular waffles, not the bacon and cheddar. The waffle and the honey butter were soooo good! The fried chicken was a little dry and no flavor.
Eggs biscuits and gravy- amazing!!! This is according to my boyfriend... he's happy for what he got and the price.
Kids chicken tenders and fries- let's say my son didn't share, plus he got cotton candy!
Overall, this was a nice brunch spot.. wasn't busy, but we also came at 130ish.
Terrible. We were seated by a hostess then sat without anyone coming to our table for thirty minutes. I went to the hostess and told her of the situation and she responded “ oh, cool, I’ll find someone “! No apology from anyone in the restaurant. Once a waitress finally came, she was serving a section on the opposite side. I asked about specials and she replied “they don’t apply to this section, only the bar”! I understand this policy but be kind. We then decided to go elsewhere and will never return.
Awesome as usual.
My wife and I dined there for our anniversary. The dinner menu had changed since we last visited in 2014, so we ordered several starters instead of meals.
The crab & spinach dip, Phoenix wings, Brussels sprouts, and salad were excellent. The tap tap shrimp and bread pudding were good, but the cheese curds that came with the chicken poutine were not what we expected. The cheese was barely noticeable.
Our server, Hailey, was outstanding, and the trivia game was fun.
Went for quizo night. It was alot of fun. This would be a great place to watch a game. They have lots of screens.
Great service and food. Will come again.
Great service and a lively atmosphere. Food portions were great! Great spot to watch a game and/or hang out with friends
Pretty small menu but good quality. The flank steak is excellent.
Met a business partner for happy hour drinks and appetizers. Service was outstanding, appetizers were delicious and the noise level didn’t restrict business dialog.
Outstanding food and outstanding environment. Great portion of all you can eat brunch!
Great menu and ambiance. And for someone who has sworn she’d never eat Brussels sprouts, I couldn’t believe how good they are! Will keep this place on my list of favorites.
Food was uninteresting and the service was fair. Not a destination restaurant.
Eggs were cooked wrong; Second time good.
A great experience at America Tap Room...as always. Service was great and unfortunately we had to leave early as a toddler was becoming out of control and we didn't want to inconvenience anyone. Up until the tantrum, everything was fine but the server handled it with grace.
One of my favorites in Reston Town Center. Great food, service, and price!$
Food was great! Location is perfect and parking is close. Our waitress seemed new and unsure of the menu, but we worked through that and everything else was great! We will be back for sure.
The food was overpriced, the menu was extremely small
