So loud we had to leave
Might be nice to include fans in the center area outside that’s in between the 2 bars where you have tables close to the stairs near the boat dock.
We had my birthday gathering there and it was extremely loud. It felt like a club on a Saturday night and I wasn't able to have a conversation with any of my friends. The service was slow and we had a few different people helping out but they forgot orders and we had to ask the manager to help out a couple times. Our potatoes were cold and they did bring us a new order but by then we had already finished our meals. I think this is a good place for a small group but I will not have a large gathering there again.
Went by boat no signs or anyone to tell where to dock, so we tied up in a slip & had to worry about boat being towed while dining. Requested inside on reservation but had us outside, had to change to inside. When seated were told there was a two hour limit for our table of four. Waitress didn’t explain or show us where the egg station was & I had to ask, it was very limited with all condiments unraped in bulk bowls. Very low class experience.
Food was very good but pricey. A little crazy that girls drink for free but guys lay $19.99 for unlimited.
Actually went to the bar to get a drink for myself because not even eye contact after seated. When the server arrived, we learned that some standard items on the menu were not available because they had run out of ingredients, items that were ordered were not delivered without reminders, then food was delivered cold, followed by the entire menu was not available because the server did not put in order before the menu changed from lunch to dinner and our order was not available. The restroom was filthy. In other words: a disaster. Trying to end this review on a positive note, but the only one I have is that the manager came out and comped the entire meal. Not just food, but drinks. Everything.
I came in for a special occasion brunch and upon my arrival I was told by all the hostesses that I wasn't allowed to be seated at MY table I reserved because the other 3 people haven't arrived yet... I sat at the bar for 10 minutes then they decided to seat me at my reserved table.
Not sure why I couldn't be seated when I reserved my table 2 weeks in advance. Rude hostesses - not friendly. Next time I'm going to Franklin for brunch. The food wasn't good and they didn't have some of brunch items listed on their menu either.. no thanks.
Great food selection for whatever you are in the mood eat. Loved the atmosphere and friendly staff!
Great food, great music and great service! We will be back for sure!
Great service, above average food, scene was very busy and loud like mixing a dance club with a high energy bar with great food. Noise is not a negative just observation. We had 3 adults, 2 kids and an infant during happy hour. We ordered drinks and a handful of the social plates. Each dish was well prepared and delicious. Drinks are good and the energy was good.
Food was good. Disappointed in the the pretzels and beer cheese. Nice atmosphere. Drinks were very expensive.
Absolutely love the place. The food, service, and drinks were amazing.
We had a great time!! service & meal was excellent!! Chris was very attentive & always close by..We enjoyed deviled eggs, Social salad, signature burger & Casadia, all excellent.. A must when visiting Tampa..
We arrived at 5:15, which was our reservation time. We were taken to our table and given menus. About 15 minutes later, after we had requested twice, someone finally came over to take our drink orders. There were either one or two private parties which made it almost impossible to get from our table to the restroom.
The noise level made it almost impossible to carry on a conversation without almost screaming. The redeeming features were the reasonableness of the happy house prices and the quality of our grandchildren’s pizza and my mahi sandwich.
Our server may have been having a bad night, but after the 4th or 5th error, it got pretty old. I am sure we will be back for the location and happy hour on the patio, but not for a meal with friends like last time.
Great service. Emily was wonderful. Thank you guys for everything.
Love their brunch and unlimited mimosas! The vibe is great, I love American social!
I would love to be able to say that I'd visit again on a Saturday night, but the noise level was so Loud, I almost walked out.
Our server was attentive and did acknowledge that the noise level was up there.
The food was average. The food menu is limited and the drink menu is huge. I should have taken my cue from that.
I guess I just prefer to be able to hold a conversation with the people with whom I'm sitting at a small square table (there were only four of us in the party and you couldn't hear the person across the table from you).
I love this place and so has everyone I've taken there. My go to when I want a good meal and light socializing.
Noise level was high but this was expected because of the amount of people there celebrating 4th of July fireworks show! The staff was excellent and all of the patrons were really enjoying themselves. Would highly recommend and we are definitely going back....
Had reservation. Group was seated in bar area. Music and noise level were high. Online they present as a nicer casual dining experience. In person it’s more like a Hooter’s with ladies in very short shorts. Guess I should have figured that out before choosing for a church business meetup. We were “advised” several times that our reservation on Open Table was no good after 15 mins and that we only have 2 hours on our table. Issue is 45 mins in we still didn’t have our orders taken. Clearly service was slow and our server did not check back often. I ordered the strawberry salmon salad which server later came out to tell me they did not have. Also didn’t have the PB&J pound cake that was on dessert menu. I finally settled on the happy hour burger which tasted good and was a good value. I would likely go back but only for a quick causal meal but not super special experience.
Enjoyed our food. The restaurant moves slow..too long to get our drinks and food. The food was good and so we're the drinks, but they need to work on turnaround.
I was pleased with the food, service, and overall atmosphere. The drinks were also amazing. My only complaint is they ran out of Frose. It was only 6:30pm! I don't understand why they couldn't have mixed more. How do you "run out" of a mixed drink? Otherwise, great dinner experience.
took awhile to get drinks we ordered and then after food and drinks came out the waiter didnt come by that often to check on us. we were usually waiting 5 mins or so before we could find him to wave him down to get more drinks. will come back again. hopefully in someone else's section :)
We were there for a conference. Made a reservation hoping to beat the crowds and wait. Server seemed great and with-it. Took our order. After an hour we still didn’t have our food. Manager said that it can take up to 30 minutes when it’s busy, which is understandable. But we waited well over an hour by the time we finally got it. Was told multiple times food would be right out. Had to pack food to go in order to get back to conference. We were still 20 minutes late to our event. If you know there are 2 major events with about 7,000 people going on next door, that needs to be prepared for with staff.
It is very loud so be prepared. Food and view are great
The food was great, our server was nice and helpful, but our issue was it was incredibly hot in there. We were all sweating. If we were hot, I can only imagine how the servers felt.
The servers are amazingly friendly and accommodating they make the place desirable to go to
Location is great, restaurant decor is beautiful, drinks were great... With that being said, the food was no good and the music inside was uncomfortably loud. I did not look ahead of time to see if this was a special event, but I would not return if that’s the normal volume.
Thanks for the Bucs tickets raffle!!
The restaurant is a great location. We sat outside with views of the bay. Food was good as was the service, but the music was so loud we just seemed to sit and stare at each other for much of the time, which was a shame. I love music in the background, but this was to the extent you had to yell at each other. This was a Sunday lunch by the way.
Nice location on the river with good views. Service was not the greatest. Food was ok but a little pricey. $19 for 6 extremely small oysters on the Oysters Rockefeller app. Might go back to hang out at the bar but not for the food.
Happy Hour. Great Menu and cold drinks👍
Try to get a table outside and enjoy a great view and friendly atmosphere. Salmon, strawberry and walnut salad is fantastic!
Greeted nicely, given a premium table with a free round of drinks. Drinks were great! The menu was limited depending on personal tastes --more higher end bar food. Very casual atmosphere with big bar area. We had an issue with one of our dishes --it was quickly addressed, and a new dish brought out. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, and would probably visit again!
Service was a little slow. They forgot to bring out one of the meals. When they did bring it out then it was burnt so was brought back to the kitchen. They did not bring out another meal so one of our guests didn’t get a meal.
Good food with good company in a pleasant place. Loved the atmosphere. Our server was helpful.
Lively place! Great people watching and outdoor dining! Love it!
Happy hour date sampled a bunch of dishes - all were great!
Great place to dine and have drinks. The large patio overlooking the water is ideal for a relaxing afternoon or evening.
