American Cut is a modern American Steakhouse, brought to life by Chef Marc Forgione. The art-deco restaurant in Tribeca features an expansive bar with happy hour, craft cocktails, an award-winning Wagyu burger and tableside “Smoked Old Fashioned.”

Our main dining room offers interactive items such as a 40oz. Porterhouse flambeed tableside, along with Chili Lobster and the O.G. 1924 Caesar Salad. Pair your meal with a wine from our Wine Spectator awarded “Best of Excellence” wine list.

We also offer two private dining rooms - “The Black Room,” named as one of “the best private dining rooms in Manhattan” as well as “The Morrison Room,” located on the lower level, with a private bar and dining area.
