Restaurant was almost empty Tuesday night but I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was.
Great service, great table. Loved it
Best steak in town, and I have eaten at the more noteworthy steakhouses. Appetizers, sides, and wine selection were over the top!
It’s over rated and over priced food wasn’t even good. I ordered a $115 steak it was terrible
For the quality and price, I would definitely pick other steakhouse over American Cut any day. The filet was cooked nicely, but I felt like the meat was older, and the shrimp I got with it were very fishy, maybe they were frozen. I had to use tobasco sauce to mask the fishy taste from the garlic butter and shrimp they poured on top of the steak. The sides were ok, nothing amazing, I had the mac n cheese and the creamed spinach. They definitely use a warmer to melt cheese on top of those items. Not a big fan of warmers in high end restaurants, because we are paying for the quality and service not shortcuts and frozen meals to be warmed up.
The food was amazing!
Went a few days ago with friends. Nice ambiance and even better food. Our sever Natalie was extremely hospitable and very knowledgeable. The manager Adriano also stopped by and helped us select a nice bottle to go along with our dinner. Overall a fantastic experience.
We dined there for our 25th Wedding Anniversary but we were extremely disappointed. Although our waiter was pleasant, our steaks were extremely charred, burnt, and improperly cooked. Likewise, we were rarely attended to. They ended up comping my meal because my steak was inedible. We felt robbed of our special occasion. Although they comped my meal, I left the steakhouse hungry. Too expensive for this type of service and food.
This dinner was my worst nightmare. We just experienced the worst service that we have had in a long time. McDonald’s offers more prompt or attentive service. We repeatedly had to ask for drinks. The only silver lining was the good food. So if you want good food with horrible service, then make a reservation - you’re in good hands. And the managers are deplorable. When we brought issues to their attention, the response was “I completely understand” before wandering off. My best advice is to make a reservation at Little Alley Steak or Bones. Don’t waste your time here.
The service and food is outstanding. Expect to spend but it's well worth it!
Great experience with the waiter. My apologies, name escapes me. A few smoked old fashions that night.
Excellent time. Lady friend, never been there before. Throughly enjoyed the experience.
American Cut is my go to spot, even if I need be solo on an occasion.
Prices are high but food is good
Food pretty good. We wanted to order an appetizer before our main order and the waiter said they only take orders all at once. Never heard that at a high end restaurant before...so we skipped the app and just ordered our meal. All that did was decrease the tab so the waiter decreased the tip amount. Doesn’t make sense and is an awkward policy. Food was good though.
Awesome food and service. A bit pricey, but normal for this level of steakhouse
The server was a little slow at responding to us, but overall still a good experience.
Valentines Date Night. Server was a really busy with other tables, assuming that’s why we never got refills or more bread, even though we requested it. Food was pretty decent. Typical expensive steakhouse food.
Wait staff were having a bad night apparently. Everything was out standing. Except for the potato purée. That was horrid.
The validation card they gave me for parking didn’t work.
So our meal cost 5 bucks more than it needed to.
Wonderful. I go every week
Jermaine is the man!!!!
Birthday celebration, the manager Jessica made our experience better than we could have imagined. Mit brought out a champagne toast, which made the birthday girl feel very special! We will definitely be back!
It was good. The hostesses were a little snooty. I definitely saw a difference in how I was treated versus the business. Men. They didn’t ask to validate my parking or offer to check my coat. I saw a stark difference while I waited for my party to arrive. I guess because I was a woman and didn’t appear “rich” they didn’t want to waste their time. Our server (Natalie) was AMAZING and totally made up for the lack of service at the front desk. Next time I go I will be more up front with them as I am not expecting them to perform their duty equitably amongst all guests. Shame.
Awesome experience, as always!
At entrance it was lively and live music, but we were seated upstairs with two other tables. Food was excellent, waiter was ok. I only went for the wagyu, a touch above fairly decent
awesome food and amazing service. we went for a birthday dinner and will definitely be back
Great steakhouse Great service Great bartender
Disappointed. Took over 10 minutes to get drinks ordered. Seven of the eight salads came out. Last one arrived about 5 - 10 minutes later. He was offered pepper, the only one, the rest of us were almost finished. Two sides were ordered with the steaks, I was ordering for the table. When I asked what was ordered and said make that two of each, we got three of each. The birthday boy was brought out a very nice birthday dessert (which we were charged for). The other dessert menus weren’t delivered until much later and then it took forever for them to come back to get our orders. By this time we were over it and went back to our house for after dinner drinks. The steaks and sides were good. We were excited to try some drinks and desserts, but couldn’t handle the lack of attention. We checked three coats, one was brought out, the other two guests had to go back to the coat check room to find theirs. The ambiance was nice, the service was not. We originally had reservations at another steak house, but they were unable to handle upping our party from 8 to 9. We were able to get a large party here at the last minute.
The food, service and wine list are spectacular. Best steakhouse in Atlanta!
Old Fashion with Blantans whiskey was one of the best. Have to try the bacon and spicy lobster appetizers
Food was absurdly bad, other than the dessert and the bread.
Amazing steak, wonderful food, and excellent service. The decor is good but the noise level is very high. It is pricey but worth it. Highly recommend.
Great experience!! Food was amazing! Staff was on point with everything. Thanks for the hospitality, very impressed. Taking my parents for their 41st anniversary next time.
It was enjoyable
Loved everything about it! The food and the service were both amazing.
Had Christmas Eve dinner here. First off the flavor of the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. The price is high .. we had appetizer desserts dinner and drinks for a party of 5. The bill was over $500. I ordered the Tomahawk steak for two which comes with a flambeed tableside sauce that is outstanding. We had the Mac n cheese side which was good - nothing outstanding. The brussel sprouts are probably the best I've had. The bacon appetizer is unique and had great flavor. There was nothing special about the sweet mashed potatoes. No nuts or unique toppings. Now for the Tomahawk .. we ordered it medium rare and it was cooked more medium to medium well. There was no pink anywhere. Our friends also ordered theirs medium rare and it was overcooked as well. Normally in a steakhouse they ask you to cut into the steak before they leave but they didn't. Also our tomahawk didn't have the chop bone? Our friends did have the bone. The flavor was exceptional and I highly recommend eating there for a great meal. Now for dessert ... Get the popcorn ice cream ... It was the highlight of the evening. We licked the bowl.
Amazing food ambiance and service!
Linden was an amazing server. The ambiance was inviting for a date evening. Wine list was wonderful as was the food. The experience was spectacular. The date cake for dessert was fantastic. Will definitely go back.
Always a great experience. Good food and good service. A bit pricey, but worth it.
