   Menu has wonderful selections and all meals were delicious. Servers are CIA students and very pleasant & helpful. Loved the experience and evening and would definitely go again if in the area.

   We were mostly underwhelmed by the food, especially since it’s the culinary institute, we were expecting really great dishes. The bread basket was the highlight of the meal, soft fresh Parker house rolls and salted cultured butter- delicious! The food was very bland and overall uninspired. We expected a much higher level of food and innovation in flavor from this renowned institution. The servers were very friendly, we enjoyed talking to them.

   The meal was delicious and service excellent. The special event tour was fun and informative. The campus is beautiful and was nice way to spend time between the tour and dinner.

   They seems a little eager to clear away while we were still eating. I know it's because they want to be solicitous and are there to learn to cook and not wait table. It just seemed to be rushing us which takes away from enjoying the meal and experience.

   The food was ideal in quantity and exceptional in quality. Service was very good and friendly. Great ambience both inside the restaurant and outside. Will definitely come back and recommend the place to others.

   Outstanding in service and food. Jordan was our waiter. We shared heirloom tomato & cucumber salad; carmelized fig salad and crab cakes. Then the delicious grilled beef and duck breast. BUT who would have thought that the Blueberry Corn Sundae was phenomenal!!!!! OMG totally different and I want it again. Corn ice cream!!!! Yes. Than you for a very enjoyable day. Will be back.    I specifically added that it was my husband‘s birthday in my reservation through OpenTable. Then, when the restaurant called to reconfirm the reservation, I reminded them that it’s my husband‘s birthday. They missed the opportunity to recognize that it’s his birthday with dessert . And when I brought it to the attention of the server he said all reservation said was it was a special occasion, but no one asked what was the occasion! One of the instructors was dismissive as the staff are all students & tried to tell me, I should not feel upset by this which I found infuriating. Another instructor then offered to give me a discount after another discussion about our dinner experience but I had enough & refused. Missed opportunity on the service front which was 30% automatically added to the bill. Not worth it in this case!

   Enjoyed our dinner at American Bounty. They were easily able to address my wife’s gluten free requirements. When we’re back in the area we will definitely be making a reservation.

    Outstanding service and every food selection was excellent. We had 4 different appetizers, mains and desserts. The waiter was amazing and so attentive to all of us. We all loved the entire experience.
