    Our first time at American Bounty restaurant and we were very pleased with the food and service we received. Would recommend visiting the Culinary Institute of America.

    Such a great experience! The campus is beautiful, service is great, food is amazing! The staff took us back into the kitchen as well.

    Unbelievable dining experience at American Bounty! Every course was amazing, the server gavr me great recommendations, and I even got a free dessert for my birthday! Will definitely come again!

    An outstanding meal and service. The menu is not huge, but the choices were very well thought out. It was my wife's birthday, and she couldn't have been happier. Me too, we will definitely return. A+ all around.

    We enjoyed the enthusiasm of all the students who served us. The food was remarkably good and we had an excellent NYS wine . A truly unique and really fun dining experience. Entirely new and different.

    American Bounty is a perfect choice for delicious and innovative food and wines. Friendly, attentive and professional staff. Beautiful dining ambiance. I had the refreshing tomato salad with burrata, succulent duck breast, and peach crumble for dessert. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the gnocchi, beef loin, and the fabulous selection of Mid Hudson Valley cheeses. It was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary - the CIA made it so memorable! The students obviously are very passionate about their work!
