   I would go back again which to me is the ultimate compliment. We were there on the first week of the semester so we were aware that things might be slow or a bit unorganized. Our experience was quite the opposite. Being our first visit it was interesting to watch the students at work. Our food was interesting but no take home containers will be needed! If you're a big eater do add an appetizer.

   Our server, Ness, was outstanding. cordial, polite, and gracious. The food was very good too. The vegetable dish I had needed a little more attention to detail with the finished product. Otherwise fantastic!

   The food was very good but the service, understandably given these are students, was not in line with the prices. Worse still was the woman supervising the student wait staff. She knocked a plate into the head of one of my guests and did not apologize. After the meal, directly behind our table, she read our waiter the riot act for not getting a better score on our survey card. This "supervisor" made all of us at the table extremely uncomfortable and the poor wait person was close to tears. She then proceeded to loudly bang 2 water pitchers together to make her point. Clearly not a stable person to be managing the students nor someone who should work with customers. I will be leaving word with the management.

   The restaurant it’s very nice decorated. Our server was a young girl that gave us great recommendations. The food was excellent, I am already planning for my next visit to this restaurant.

   Such a beautiful campus. We ate at American bounty, and the service and the food were spectacular. The beef was a tad overcooked wanted, medium rare and it was more medium, but other than that, the students were delightful and the experience was wonderful. Will be back.

   The setting and food were very good The night we dined it was the first night of the new students taking over front of house service so we watched and talked to them as they found their footing. Overall a very enjoyable evening.

   This was our fourth time to the CIA..we’ve had a great time each to me!

    It was obvious that this was a training restaurant, but I do give credit to the student staff. There were small elements of the service that could have been approved, but the meal was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Kimchi Ricotta Dumplings - superb taste. The pea soup also had a delectable flavor. The Duo of Duck had amazing sides, but the duck was a bit rubbery.
