Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine was opened in 2017 by owner Amelia Eesley, a long time restaurant professional, who wanted to bring to Tulsa the dining experiences she loved while living in New York. Since then Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine's has succeeded in producing top notch seasonal cuisine lead by Chef Andrew Donovan. The experience at Amelia's blends the open wood fired kitchen with the beautiful candle lit ambience of the dining room; setting the stage for romantic nights, special occasions and celebrations. It was great! We took my parents there to celebrate both of their birthdays; it was their first time dining at Amelia's - they could not have been more thrilled!

Absolutely AWESOME. The service was impeccable, thanks Trip and all the rest of you. Had the Summer Tasting Menu, and I'm glad I came famished. I would have felt horrible to leave anything uneaten. Highlights for me was the Beef Tartar, the Spanish Octopus and the Panna Cotta. The Octopus was the best I've had anywhere, Spain and Japan included. It was perfectly prepared and very tender, cutting with a butter knife. I use very little salt, so though the Halibut was excellent, it really dried out my mouth. I can't wait to get back in town to with my wife.

the temperature in the restaurant was very warm. AC was cycling but not long enough to cool. We were greeted after being seated, didn't catch her name because the music was so loud, but the receipt said the server was BAR B, she introduced herself as the bartender that will also be our server. That never works out! She was a full time bartender and a part time server when she finished her bartending tasks. So very poor service for everything, wine, apps, food, everything. Then they added a 5% service charge for the kitchen, even though the kitchen didn't do anything about the bottle of wine. The food was good but didn't make up for everything else.

I don’t understand the kitchen service fee. why not pay them more and charge more for the food
