    Amelia’s was lovely for ambience and service but the food left a lot to be desired. It lacked the finesse and care of a fine dining restaurant. The stuffed mushrooms were flattened pancakes, removing any of the juiciness from them, the tuna in the tartare had been so indelicately chopped it was a gummy awful texture, and the papardelle was drowning in so much sauce that if you pushed it with a fork the entirety of the dish moved inside the bowl. The salmon came with an absurd amount of potatoes yet a veggie was extra. The tiramisu had so much cocoa powder on it you were choking if you inhaled when eating it. While the food was mediocre out server Chris was a delight. The chef really needs to reexamine how the food is prepared and plated to really shine

    Amelia's never disappoints, we came for an anniversary and two people in our party have never been to Amelia's and they loved ut. Our waitress was amazing and the food was delicious

    We celebrated My Mothers Birthday and they allowed us to bring in a cake which made it extra special. Great service I will definitely be back again.

    Perfect timing with ordering appetizers to then our entrées our server, Jenny was extremely attentive and very professional. We dined on the patio, which made for a nice evening. We frequent Amelias often due to the consistency of the food, which is always fabulous. I highly recommend Amelias to anyone looking to dine at an upscale restaurant.

    Steaks were served cold. Shoe string fries also freezing cold. Took 30 min to get our drinks. We used to LOVE Sophia’s and are sad it closed. Amelia’s just doesn’t have a good team. It was crowded and the hosts were super nice (as was the waitress and bartender) but the kitchen clearly has a problem. We used to be regulars of Sophia’s. We won’t be returning to Amelia’s.

    This is the only restaurant we go to in the Stoughton area. We have been to many others that were supposed to be great, but none have compared to Amelias. Great food, service and drinks. Also, very upscale with a great bar and a lounge.

    We had a fantastic Father's Day meal at Amelia's yesterday. Great variety of creative drinks, and the meals were excellent. The service provided by our server, Dylan, was second to none. He was attentive without overdoing it, and very thorough and efficient.

    I had the small Caprese Salad and the Chicken Parmesan. Both were excellent. However, I did not care for the sauce on the penne (too tart) so did not eat any. My wife had a half order of Short Rib Parpadelle, which was the perfect size for her smaller appetite. She loved it. The last time we dined at Amelia’s, we found the glasses of wine terribly overpriced so this time had a reasonably priced glass of soda and glass of Red Sangria, which made almost a $40 difference in our check. Our server was excellent - very attentive - but even though we weren’t seated in the main dining room, it was quite noisy. We would, however, recommend and return because the entrees were so good. One thing we still didn’t care for was the 3% “kitchen appreciation fee” added to our check. Most patrons assume the food preparation is included in the menu price and that they are not expected to cook it themselves so in this era of already astronomical prices, this is just an unwelcome add on.
