   Such a disappointing experience. We asked our waiter for a recommendation for a SEAFOOD dish and mentioned that we DO NOT eat meat, red or white. He recommended Molcajete de Mariscos (2 people), which we ordered. The dish was topped with 2 items wrapped in bacon!! We told the waiter we had asked for a dish without any meat and he retorted "it's only bacon"! Such ignorance! We also had to ask for plates as apparently they expected us to eat directly out of the dish. We also had to ask for water, and for napkins ...! Then a table of 4 next to us ordered fajitas, and as they came the entire dining room was overcome with excessive smoke and a horrible stench! There is apparently NO VENTILATION whatsoever in that restaurant! We felt sick and apparently so did the people around us! The food tasted okay but not great. The cocktails were pretty good, though.

   Lauren our server was great, as was everything. The food is always as described. Really love this restaurant.

   This was our first time there. The service from the moment we walked in until we left was excellent. The food was OMG delicious - Amelia's is now our favorite Mexican restaurant in Tucson.

   We had a great meal at Amelia’s, this will be our go to Mexican restaurant in Tucson from now on. We had an appetizer and dinner and left with a huge to go box, there was so much food! I had a delicious mocktail but would love to see the mocktail menu expanded. Overall we were very happy with everything, our server said she was new but I wouldn’t have been able to tell if she hadn’t mentioned it. She was wonderful!

   The birria taco/ramen dish was as good as I remembered the last time I was here in December so quality and consistency is great. Our server Annelle was great, she was very attentive and took care of our drinks and water as needed. The food cam e out quickly and hot. Recommend that you make Opentable/Telp reservations as the walk-in wait time can be very long as noted by the crowd in the lobby. The fish/shrimp street taco dish was great and so was the chicken chimichanga smothered in sauce. We definitely will keep coming here, the value for the quality of food is excellent.

   The quesashrimp taco was amazing. This is a taco I have not seen anywhere else. It was very flavorful and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. That is hard to do with shrimp. We ordered the chile rellenos as an appetizer and we were all quite pleased. They were some of the best I've ever had. This restaurant will be my first stop the next time I am in Tucson.
