I’d been wanting to go here for a while. We have been to Finka several times. The menu is kind of similar but different vibe and decor. Finka is particularly loud and I don’t enjoy restaurants like that so we wanted to give Amelia’s a shot . We had a nice experience in general. Except for the fact that we were told since the beginning that they needed the table by 8:30pm. My reservation was at 7. I got there 7:15pm, Iam a very punctual person I’m Rarely late but things happen ( they have a 15 min Grace period) so I didn’t call to say I was running 15 minutes late . The minute I gave my name to the host she said “I would need table by 8:30pm”. It felt bad but we stayed, the food did take a little between appetizers and main. At 8:15 the waiter was already telling us the same again …I mean, no need for that we felt rushed out and it’s a shame. We’ll be back another day for the life jazz music but it was a bittersweet experience.

It was my first visit and I immediately fell in love with the experience. The food was beautifully presented and exquisite. The cocktails were extremely delicious. Manny took amazing care of us. He gave us his recommendations and broke down the menu for us. This restaurant is beautiful. I can’t wait to share my experience here with friends and family. If anyone is reading this and wondering if they should dine here, YES! Go!! Thank you Manny and the staff of Amelia 1931! You made our night special, we’ll be back soon.

El lugar tiene linda decoración ; pero es muy oscuro para un domingo familiar , la comida para ser brunch es muy limitada y cara para lo q es … las mimosas amargas, la atención pésima . Seguir hablando del lugar ya me amarga el día ! Simplemente no lo recomiendo . Fue un domingo fatal de brunch😖

Setvice was great and food was good. The appetizer and my son's entree was very good. My steak and fries were ok. Was hoping for more flavor. Will try a different entree next time.
