Amelia Gene’s, Downtown’s finest dining experience, welcomes a contemporary, globally inspired palate artfully designed to impress. Fine wines, classic cocktails, proper bites, and a can’t-miss cheese cart transport diners through a culinary journey with distinct hospitality that can only be found in this state-of-the-art, reclaimed space in Downtown Memphis.

Our menu emphasizes seasonality and a dedication to ingredient-driven preparations. Our Chef's culinary philosophy is characterized by restraint, allowing the innate qualities of the ingredients to eloquently express themselves. Our establishment is located adjacent to the Caption by Hyatt Hotel.

We are proud to offer an extensive wine list thoughtfully curated by our team. Should you wish to bring in a bottle not currently featured on our list, a corkage fee of $25 per bottle will apply, with a maximum of two bottles per party.

Our 5-course pre-fixe menu highlights seasonal ingredients and refined flavors, creating a dining experience that delights from the first bite to the last. *the pre-fixe is the only menu offered on Mother's Day* ✨ $80 Per Adult (11 & older) Course 1: Amuse Bouche Course 2: Choice of Arancini, Blackberry Oyster, or Steak Tartare. Course 3: Choice of Avocado & Prawn Salad, Asparagus Soup with Snow Crab, or Crispy Burrata with Seasonal Greens.     We had the most wonderful experience tonight! Every single person on the staff was so warm and welcoming and we had such a fabulous meal. Thank you especially to Taylor, our amazing server!!!

    Great food. We did the tasting menu and wine pairing. Our server (Misa) was knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful atmosphere. Sat next to a Memphis Grizzlies player :-) It was my wife's bday and they celebrated in several kind ways.

    A beacon of food and venue design excellence and in Memphis. The reimagining of the industrial space has been inspired and faithfully gives a nod to the locale. This is an important forward leaning addition to Memphis. The food was beautifully executed with a modern expression of the Mississippi cuisine. Thoughtful menu design, a wine list with integrity. Highly recommend a visit - we loved it so much we dined 2/2 nights we had in Memphis.

    We went to Amelia Gene’s for my daughter’s birthday with her 10 week old baby. The hostess gave us a quiet table with room for the baby’s stroller. The chef came over and wished my daughter happy birthday. The food and service from Kelsey were excellent. We are definitely coming back.

    Perfect! The meal was incredible and the staff exceptional. We celebrated our anniversary and were treated wonderfully by each member of the staff. Highly recommend!
