   I made a reservation nearly a month and a half in advance for Valentine's Day. I called a few days before to confirm and they said they would no longer honor my reservation. I offered the confirmation number and information and they said they would not honor it and hung up on me. I have been frequenting Ambrosia for years, but will no longer be eating there. Disappointing.

   Great atmosphere but the food was either flavorless or so full of garlic that is all you could taste.

   First time in Eugene and found Ambrosia. Waiter was very helpful in helping us choose wine and entrees. Food quality was excellent

   We went here for my wife's birthday. The server was sweet and attentive and the atmosphere up front is cozy and nice. That was the highlight of the meal. The food was good but underwhelming for the price. The wine pour was absolutely stingy. For the price, we would have been much better off getting a bottle even if we didn't intend to drink it all with dinner. That kind of put a damper on the meal. This was our third try with this restaurant and we aren't in any hurry to go back.

   OK Place but not outstanding. This is a nice place in Eugene with very good atmosphere and good food and service. It does not, however, 'Knock it out of the park'. Still looking in Eugene for that place.

   This was my second visit to Ambrosia and I have to say that I went back because I liked it so much the first time. Great atmosphere, good food, live music was playing - all good. I had the same server as the first time, so not sure if I didn't remember this, or the second visit was different. This time, we arrived at the time of our reservation, the restaurant was busy but not packed; however, our dinner was so rushed by the server (not sure if this is his style or if he was instructed to do so) that it almost ruined my wonderful night with my son, who BTW I wasn't going to see again for months as I was dropping him off at school. If they need to turn tables over that badly, there are other ways of handling it. He literally asked us for our dinner order within a minute or two of sitting down! Speedily recited the specials then asked if we were ready to order, and we had just been seated! This continued as drinks and food came very quickly, my entree was delivered to the table in the middle of me eating my salad, and so on. Very good restaurant but it really annoyed me and put a bit of a damper on my evening. Not sure if I'll go back, but if I do, I may ask to not be seated in his section.

   Good food. The service would have been perfect if the bus boy had not reached across my girlfriend’s personal space to clear an appetizer plate. He could have asked or said “Excuse me.” The waiter was excellent and the gluten free pasta was very good. Overall it was a very good meal and dining experience.

   Was a birthday dinner - the Special was a tad overpriced for being "special" (over $30/ea for a couple prawns and shrimp with noodles) but overall was a good meal. Had been a few years since the last visit, still good food tho.

    We had not been to Ambrosia in many years. We went to this particular restaurant because of its location and we remember great food, drink, service, and ambiance. We were not disappointed on this visit. The before dinner cocktails were excellent, shout out to the bar tender for his mixology skills. The food was great. It arrived hot and cooked to perfection. We totally enjoyed our visit and plan to go back more often.
